This is a pointless question, Konami will just blow everyone else away with the awsomeness of MGS4, but since its going to be a PS3 game and you made us pick from Sony, MS and Nintendo, ill go with Sony. Ive got a bad feeling Nintendo will screw up again! Revolution will not be as revolutionary as they are making it sound, but if Nintenbdo released some more information about revolution it will be enough for me.

If Iwata fully unveils the Revolution like some are expecting, and if it's even half of what Nintendo's making it out to be, then Nintendo will utterly pwn the time and space revolving around Iwata's speech. (If those two ifs are somewhat diminished, then the results will obviously be diminished, but Nintendo will still likely win that piece of TGS by default.) Then Iwata will walk off the stage, and Nintendo will no longer be at TGS, and Nintendo will continue to torment us for months. Allowing the other two groups to win the rest of TGS by default.
Sony and MS will go head to head. PS3 vs Xbox360. PS2 will be the workhorse of E3, but nobody will care because it's yesterday's news. The PS3 and Xbox360 hardware will be unexciting on their own (except to people who've been living under rocks for about a year), and the software will fuel all the excitement for them. Sony will primarily try to claim graphic superiority, while MS will boast having more of the "real goods" (in terms of playable games), although neither one will willingly give up any edge. They're gonna claim to be everything to everybody.
If there's a clear winner between Sony and MS, it could be significantly damaging to the loser. Win lose or draw, I won't guess the result. Regardless, there will be no way to clearly define a win/loss against Nintendo. So Nintendo fans will be in arguments with Sony fans. Or MS fans. Or all three will be arguing. Or (if Nintendo utterly fails to deliver) it might just be Sony and MS fans arguing. And there will be much throwing around of the words "fanboy" and "biased".
(Oh and, handhelds will be in there somewhere, but I don't expect anything earth-shattering. Perhaps the GBA and DS will engage in a fight to the death. That would be cool.)
Edit: Oh yeah, my opinion. I'd say that barring any hardware surprises from Sony or MS, Nintendo will definitely win TGS. But that all of you fanboys will fail to recognize it, because you're biased.

As for the show, MGS4, therefore Sony. Revolution will be interesting but probably as revolutionary as the DS was. I.e Evolutionary, or use of a pre-existing technology rather than some space age new device that it would have to be for it truely to be a revolution.
Microsoft? Well... Err...I'm sure we'll get a few more nice shots of PGR3, but other than that I don't think they'll be showing anything worthwhile. Only rollguy can save them now.

I think Nintendo will own behind close doors. . . what I mean is, those who get the Miyamoto demonstration behind closed doors will absolutely rave about Mario and the new IP.
