Inspired by that Scott Steiner thread. Who's the best professional wrestler ever? To eliminate favorites and joke posts, the wrestler has to be the best combination of mic skills, charisma, and technical ability.

Depends on how it's categorized

At doing his job? Hulk Hogan
In ring proficiency? Kenta Kobashi
All round awesome? Stone Cold

So it's Stone Cold! Stone Cold! Stone Cold! for me bah gawd!

Man, it's been a long time since I watched Wrasslin.

I remember liking Kurt Angle, Booker T and Rey Mysterio.

hogan has like 5 moves
his "technical ability" is below average so hes disqualified

Was just discussing this with some friends like a week ago. It came down to Taker & HBK, with the Deadman having an edge because his entire career has been great.

Mick Foley has given way more to the sport (yes, i know) than most others. He's got to have some sort of qualification somewhere.

Shawn Michaels

When I think about a wrestler who has a combination of in-ring ability, charisma, mic skills, and just overall flexibility as far as being to play a face or a heel at the drop of a hat over the entire span of his career, I think HBK fits all of those criteria more than anyone else.

But it's very very tough to decide between HBK, Flair, Stone Cold, and Macho Man.

CM Punk or Bret Hart.

Its a shame there are some wrestlers CM Punk will never get a match with. Punk vs Mr. Perfect, Macho Man, Stone Cold(it could technically happen, but unlikely), all of which would be instant classics. The feuds would be great, tons of amazing promos and great wrestling.

For my money it's Bret The Hitman Hart. No other was able to be overall as awesome as he was.

Though I did love me some Stone Cold and Taker for a time.

Bret Hart was the first name that came to mind. Man, it's a shame how badly he was mishandled at WCW. Plus, Goldberg breaking him... also a shame.

John Cena is the type of Superstar whose shoulders you can put an entire business on.
