NIntendo - Zelda, Mario Platformers, everything handheld.
Capcom - RE series + great new franchises + willingness to give reasonable support for 'other' consoles this generation, whether it be GC, DC or XBOX.
Namco - 3D fighting kings.. esp soul calibur

For 2005 it's definitively Majesco! They gave me two gems (Psychonauts and Advent Rising), one of it being my GOTY.

I also like the quality first way Microsoft took as publisher. All the games they release in the last year were great games with good scores and what they are going to publish on X360 is just awesome!

And then there's Sony with Singstar and God of War and many other games. They'll also give me Jak X for free and sent me a Soul Calibur 3 Demo a couple of days ago.

In a normal world there would be Sega on top of the list, but it's no normal world and out of the games they releases lately none made it to be one of my favourites. But I'm confident this'll change next gen.

I could say SEGA, but the only thing I care about SEGA when it comes to them is thier arcade games. If I was to give you a straight answer, then it would be none. The only game software developers I care about developers, particullary the "small" independent ones.
