I think this could be like the 3DS all over again where those people that picked expedited will get it later.

But I daren't change anything about my order because of dat £199

Mine is too, but I don't want it to be delivered until Friday, I wont be at home otherwise!

Anyway, Zavvi (Who I have orders for ZombiU and COD: BLOPS 2) have charged me for the games and updated my orders to awaiting dispatch. Usually it means they leave the next day. Can the unthinkable happen...Zavvi delivering a pre-order early?

We truly are in weird times!
 
So choose cheaper delivery and amazon post it earlier, so you're likely to get it at the same time as those that paid for faster delivery? Isn't that a bit fucked up?

Its just because Amazon dont like to break street dates I think.

I activated a month's free Amazon Prime for this, so frankly, as long as I actually get the console on November 30th, I am not fussed at all.

The super saver delivery is UP to 5 days, but it's a lottery really. I've had stuff delivered on Saturday after ordering stuff on the Friday on the super saver delivery, and other times it's taken the 5 days stated. I don't think it's unfair to pay extra to assure delivery, though.

If the expedited deliveries get despatched on Thursday they should still reach us by Friday. And don't we get the delivery free if it arrives late?
 
Just got my dispatch note from Amazon that the console should arrive on Friday fingers crossed (this is for the Premium console which I managed to get for £200 so it seems they'll be honouring the price after all which is great!)
 
People are beginning to get texts from ShopTo saying their WiiU has been despatched. I don't have one yet, but I am so excite!
 
My delivery estimate has changed to Monday. Fucks sake.

Time to talk to CS...

Edit: I talked to them and changed my delivery option to 1st class, which then changed the estimate back to Friday. CS assured me the change will mean I will get it on Friday, but they didn't know why the delivery date changed to Monday in the first place.

NOW I'm nervous haha...

I checked my Zavvi Blops2 order again and the estimated despatch date is the 30th, even though they supposedly have the parcel ready. No idea what the thinking is behind that :/

My Amazon order hasn't been sent out yet (or even changed from Not Yet Dispatched), I did just change my order from free delivery option to prime next day though. Hopefully it won't mess it up or send me at the back of a queue.
 
ShopTo order on the way as of 8:30 this morning :) Apparently next day too, but wouldn't be surprised if they're holding them until Friday. Hopefully not though and it arrives tomorrow!

Zavvi and TheHut do this. I've had money come out of my account for preorders a week early, and they've been fine, I wouldn't worry.

My Amazon Wii U Deluxe order is still showing as open, no money taken, first class delivery for Friday, which again seems to be consistent with them.

I guess they're working the way through as I just noticed my order change to 'dispatching soon'.
 
Shopto just dispatched my copy of New Super Mario Bros U, but my Amazon stuff- WiiU, Sonic Racing and a few Wii remotes all say not yet dispatched. All with prime delivery option.
 
I was super sad to log on here and read about the ACIII cancellations :( Just had an email from ubisoft...

DISPATCHED! I thought all orders had been canned? I was pretty early to that train though so maybe they only had a few copies OF THEIR OWN GAME to sell IN THEIR STORE.

Also WiiU ZombiU Ed from amazon "Dispatching Soon" here also.
