Hoping for the best, Will seems like such a nice guy (aside from possibly the scientology stuff). He was at an event in Stockholm and instead of going to a huge party he went sight-seeing with his son.

As for power couples, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are apparently still going strong after 13 years. And I was going to mention Harrison Ford but he broke up a 21 year marriage last year. Bastard.

Not surprised at all. Every picture I saw of them looked way too perfect. It's one of those marriages that seems like they keep all the arguments internal and never let them get out but then once they're on the red carpet it's all smiles to keep up the facade. Reminds me of Dexter Season 4 family.
So you're saying Will Smith is Trinity...

Jada is the man in the house.. atleast thats my impression watching some interviews.
Not sure I've seen a marriage yet where the wife wasn't clearly calling the shots.

They seriously were my role model marriage couple. Can't believe I've been living a lie. They seemed so perfect.
So you're gay and you were looking for a lesbian who could cover for you and vice versa?

Just join the Co$, I'm sure they can hook you up.

Interesting. There's a book about DL (gay) black guys in entertainment out written by a former industry insider and there's pretty compelling evidence in the book that Will Smith was one of the people he was writing about. Of course he changes the names so as not to directly out anyone but still...

If these two can't make it then the rest of us are doomed.

Prepare to die alone.

I think the average married couple is way more likely to stick together than a hollywood marriage.

"Famous family: Will and Jada have two children together Jaden, 13 and Willow, ten"

Couldn't they just type 10?

"Smith is one of the biggest film stars in Hollywood, with his blockbuster hits including Independence Day, I, Robot, Hitch, I Am Legend, The Pursuit of Happyness and I Am Legend."

Yep excellent work. I wonder which I am Legend is better?
Formatted for broadcast copy...doesn't seem like it would be applicable here though.

Not true.. I am currently in a relationship where my girlfriend outright desires I find other girls.. even on my own.. with some goal to bring them home, but it's not necessary. (we have had a couple of 3somes)

That isn't all that unique.. I've had 2 ex girlfriend besides her express a desire to watch me with another woman.. or get turned on when I tell them about girls flirting. One of those relationships involved into us having multiple 3somes.

Although this new relationship is the first time I've actually outright had sex with another girl when my girlfriend wasn't there. She loved it though. She doesn't do the same, nor does she desire to.. and I don't think I'd be comfortable with it. It's not a double standard because she has no expectation, and I don't expect her to allow me to have sex with other girls.. it's just quite literally what she wants. And who am I to argue? It adds to our sex life.

What Will is talking about is an honest relationship, not an open relationship.
Sorry, wrong link. Here's the article with more quotes that are stronger-worded:

I should've been clearer about my stance on the open relationship issue. What I should have wrote is that you'll be hard-pressed to find a relationship where both the man and woman are entirely OK with "sharing". Case in point, you're able to find women who are OK with you having sex with others, but you wouldn't have it the other way around. And really, I wouldn't categorize what you have going for you as a relationship (i.e. something serious and long-term), though I applaud your game. For the most part, a lot of women aren't comfortable with their dudes openly expressing desire for another woman.

...aaaand this was all for naught, as they are still happily together. lol. I guess open marriages can work for some.

Interesting, thanks.

Yeah.. I actually need to retract that a bit.. as I WOULD have it the other way around, but only with other females.. she still has no interest in going off on her own in that capacity.

And really, I wouldn't categorize what you have going for you as a relationship (i.e. something serious and long-term), though I applaud your game.

Hah.. not sure where you got that from my post.. we live together, and are a serious couple.. quite happy, with plans to live "happily ever after".. fucking girls all along ;)

For the most part, a lot of women aren't comfortable with their dudes openly expressing desire for another woman.

Certainly.. but I've met many that have a different outlook. Of course, a lot of those women also want to constantly be oogling other guys.. especially celebrities. For my girl and I it's more a mutual respect for the hotness of females.. and neither of us really go out of our way to be like "Oh my god that girl is hot" or anything.. it's more like.. "hmm.. not bad."

...aaaand this was all for naught, as they are still happily together. lol. I guess open marriages can work for some.

Yeah.. Tabloids.. meh.
