Nah, after playing it in the arcade as a kid, I was so hyped when the NeoRageX emulator came out and been playing it ever since. This is so great and it's not just Giant Bomb.

Haven't been keeping up with him or Giant Bomb much in the past months. Mostly due to my sub ending but yea, I vaguely remember a bit of this now lol

Honestly a great game. I had played it a long time ago, but got in a couple hours on a MAME cabinet in 2013 and was just enraptured. Great, kinetic feel. Really polished. If you've ever liked a Mario Tennis or Super Dodge Ball anything like that, just a simple stripped down arcade sports game, you'll enjoy it. Really cool surprise.

Yay, the only thing that really excited me about PSX! Might get an old launch Ps4 just to play that assuming it never comes to PC.

Does dotemu have any experience with networking or online because this isn't a game you'd want to play with a lot of latency.

He tried to acquire the license to the game to rerelease it and failed. He then said it was impossible and another Windjammers would never be made. The game has been in a weird rights situation so someone did some work to navigate all of it for this to be possible.
So he's salty that somebody was able to do it but not him?

I don't doubt peoples enjoyment and love for the game but fucking nobody was talking about it anywhere before GB started bringing it in streams.
Without Giant Bomb and Lang this game would not be coming out.
