the whole anime should've just been two separate stories. One for Kyou and one for Tomoyo. They are always argued for in the Best Girl fight, so it would've been nice if they had just given them each a season.

I marathon watched all 429 episodes of Dragon Ball + Dragon Ball Z during Summer break with two friends during High School when we were bored and had nothing to do.

I have never, and will never stay up that late again. I have no idea how we handled that.

While a lot of this was already posted, I'm going to pick and select several things that set me off

• Alice going to a different school was to set the atmosphere. We thought of an episode with just Mana and Alice without any of the other leads, but this was discarded because if Cure Sword didn't show up for many episodes, we'd betray the hopes of the kids who liked her. Meanwhile betraying Sword fans. Also, pisses me off that they even did this
  
• We also thought of having Mana notice Rikka's jealousy of MakoP at episode 10, but it was scrapped because it wasn't that good.
  
• We thought of having Cure Sword become part of the team at halfway through the series, but was rejected because of her appearance in NS2. Halfway want her to appear later, because she'd have more time, but it usually fucks things over for already established Cures. Buuuuuuut...
  
• We thought of a development where Ira dies protecting Rikka. It would be an instant dramatizer and would leave a powerful scene, but it was scrapped because we felt we'd be doing an injustice to those that loved the character. Meanwhile with Alice and MakoP//
  
• Having more people being surprised at Davi's identity rather than Cure Sword's in episode 6 was a mistake. Why was this a fucking mistake?
  
• Leva and Gula were thought up in a rush as power-ups for the enemy when Cure Ace appeared. Because you know, we need more evidence of half assed writing.
  
• I'd like to make this spin-off work based on the characters, like "Day in the Life of Alice" or "Regina's School Days" I would watch this. Either of them

Eh, not really. After Story actually moves pretty quickly even in VN form, especially as it reaches the climatic portions. The School Life section is where all the mountains of unnecessary text are.
