Now now, I feel like if we continue down this path it'll end with insults. Let's just admit that we all have our opinions over what constitutes good anime. If you like KEY anime, and if somebody else doesn't, all to you. Nobody's opinion matters more.

Psycho Pass is cool. Never finished it though because of the hoops I had to jump through to watch it. I don't remember the last episode I watched. Maybe episode 20?
I remember the worst criminals were part of this massive computer and I believe the main antagonist destroyed all the brains or something to that effect
Also I don't feel offended. I feel like we are having constructive discussions. Everyone has an opinion and one isn't more right than another. I don't mind what people think of my taste just because I like Clannad/After Story and Angel Beats. It's what I like. I don't mind being picked on. It's all in good fun.

Ironically, I think the two main girls who haven't show any major yuri tendencies yet are becoming my favorites, mostly because it's so much fun watching them try to keep the others in line (or, alternately, egging them on).
Also, it really says something when even I can tell how Hidamari this show is in style despite never actually having watched a full episode of Hidamari.

FYI this explains things all the way up to the end of Angel Beats. episode 11,12 and 13 are needed to really understand why everything happened the way it did.
Well...
The whole point of that world is to let young souls who died live out what they couldn't do in their previous "unfair lives". The world is there to teach them that their memories of their previous lives aren't bad and that their lives did in fact have meaning. Once someone realizes this and has no lingering emotion they can "pass on" (resurrect onto earth). Now, there was once someone who fell in love in that world. One day he woke up to realize his partner had "passed on" without him. Now in this world you can create something from anything so long as you had knowledge of it in their previous life. So what he did was he didn't want someone to go through what he did when his lover passed on. He created a program that forced people to move on after a certain period of time. The NPC's turn into shadows and attack these people if they don't move on.
This program runs it's course even after the creator of it passed on. The thing that activates this program is love. When love sprouts the program activates. The point of the world is to not find love but to pass on. So when love is found in the world this program activates to basically devour people and force them to move on. When Yuri finds this out she destroys the computers that run this program therefore destroying all the shadows and (basically) the reset button of the world.

I think large portions of this debate could probably have been avoided by assuming that Haruyuki's diminutive height is an artistic choice to reflect his diminutive self-worth and not intended to be taken literally. Most variations in perspective can therefore be justified by his apparent height shifting to suit the scene at hand!
I think whoever came up with this concept deserves a medal.

Why are you watching it subbed? IMO it's much better dubbed.
Not sure if sarcasm in regards to the shows animation but the concerts are really well animated. I love it. On Blu-ray it's a very pretty anime.
Also what more do you want from Iwasawa? My Song was a great song. I am starting to wonder if there's a worlds difference between the sub and dub.

Only because i believed that there was this twist that would change everything and that everything was planned and that they were being stupid on purpose so that the twist would be better.

And yeah, the quoted post is not the correct one since I didn't want to read any Angel Beats spoilers.
The only non-hentai anime I can think of that includes anything like that is Sasami-san, and even there it only really comes up briefly.

But it's okay. I like how it's going so far. We won't know for sure until next episode, I guess, but even the weird split universes and time travel aren't taking away from Jun's development. His years of struggles have built this caustic, cynical shell around him that's going to take time to undo.
Also, it turns out his hair is lighter because he dyed it. Good to know.

But it's okay. I like how it's going so far. We won't know for sure until next episode, I guess, but even the weird split universes and time travel aren't taking away from Jun's development. His years of struggles have built this caustic, cynical shell around him that's going to take time to undo.
The imagery bookending this flashback isn't just a cool transition, I like how it really fit the tone of the event, from the idyll of childhood to the dark, choking haze of puberty. Kids suck.
Also, it turns out his hair is lighter because he dyed it. Good to know.
