So we are nearing closer to the end of the year.

That means we'll have some nice digital sales to look forward too, with Black Friday and December holiday sales around the corner, it's all but expected to find the games that underperformed or that didn't meet expectations to hit the sales.

So the question is simple, which of the Ubislop released in recent years is worth being labeled the best of the worst?

Which title is actually worth a play when the game is deeply discounted over the holiday period?

If there's any other titles I should add please let me know, I did leave off the 2.5/2d metroidvania PoP and the BG&E remake for they are considered decent enough, and Xdefiant is free to play so a sale wouldn't effect it too much and finally shadows hasn't released yet so how that is going to be received is still up in the air.

Whats RLM? Hard to say which because all those are different genres. Avoid Outlaws and Skull and Bones is all I can say. Far Cry 6 is the worst out of the Fary Cry games but if you played all the previous ones, I see no reason why you should avoid this one. Havent played Mirage so no idea and Avatar is pretty much Far Cry with aliens.

Red Letter Media, they do their own Best of the Worst Series on terrible movies.

the reason i feel avatar is mostly cause as you say it's alien FC, and the FC games are generally good enough, so FC aliens is at least different enough to be a good time.

Far Cry 6 is the only one I have played and I had a good time with it.

The formula is very stale though and I doubt I’d be interested in playing another. It was released around launch of PS5 and ran at 60fps and looks quite nice. Pure fast food gaming and sometimes that’s ok, but Ubisoft are in some trouble now by overstretching themselves and having the “too big to fail” mindset.

Its Far Cry with aliens in very simple terms. If you wanna get into specifics, it's the worse Far Cry game ever made, if the aliens weren't a thing in it. It's extremely basic and the visuals are the only thing that may attract you, but Outlaws was also a very pretty game and it was still a turd. Far Cry 6 at least has some good combat. Get Far Cry 6 imo, and if youre on PC https://downloads.fcmodding.com/fc6/libertad-mod/

The only one I played from that list was FC6, and it was a dog turd. So it get's my vote, by default.
I won't buy an Ubisoft game any time soon.

I’m working my way through Outlaws. Don’t have much time at the moment, but I’m still really enjoying it. It’s got caught up in the ‘woke’ ridiculousness, which it really isn’t, so a lot of people are missing out IMO. I wouldn’t pay full price for it (I got it free with a CPU), but on sale, absolutely. Really does feel like Star Wars…

I don’t really like Far Cry, and felt the same about Avatar. Haven’t played the others. Didn’t vote because know the mob really frowns on it, but Outlaws is the correct answer :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I enjoyed both AC Mirage and FC6. Still felt that Mirage was somewhat of a drag even tho the game is much smaller in scale. FC6 got rid of the skill trees and instead gives you equipment with perks. I didn't mind it. Game was funny at times too but it waves its woke flag proudly. I played with the male character ofcourse.

I saw yesterday that one of the far cry developers was making a far cry survival style game but it was canceled.

Just bought the long dark the other day after I saw this news

I played and finished all of them except Skull and Bones.

Enjoyment, from most to least:

SW Outlaws
Far Cry 6
AC Mirage
Crew Motorfest
Avatar

Outlaws is a fun atmospheric classic trilogy SW game. It feels least like Ubisoft: The Game.
Far Cry 6 is pretty good, but too long for its own good. It should have been 30 hour game at most, not 60 hour one.
AC Mirage is decent oldschool AC, but its mission structure is somewhat repetitive and story is not particularly interesting.
Crew Motorfest is...ok arcade racer.
Avatar is barely mediocre, world is nice but gameplay is uninspiring and story is poor.

Wait, what about Breath of the Wild?

I can't be the only one who thought that when seeing "BotW," can I?

Ubisoft's BOTW is Immortal Fenyx Rising am I right? Was confused why it isn't in the poll lol.

What is RLM? Like BLM? What is Botw? Like Breath of the wild? I am confused lol.

Mirage was the weakest AC game and the only one ive started and didnt finish, but i imagine most have liked it?
Avatar is very good unless you hate open world games, doesnt deserve to be here if youve left out PoP for being too good, its not great, but its at the very least good.

Far Cry 6 should win, most key aspects are quite decent about the game, its just the writing and the amount of cringe like different bullet type weaknesses and writing that drag the game to the bad territory for me.

Outlaws easily.
Mirage is the worst AC, had to push myself to finish it.
The crew is very cool
Far cry 6 was fun enough with the flying cars and the crossover events

I don't consider Mirage slop at all. It's a DLC for Valhalla expanded to a lower-budget standalone title and it's exactly that: the most 7/10 game you'll ever play.

Pros: Looks great, city is beautiful, music is excellent.
Cons: The characters are all awful or unlikeable, the story is not interesting and the combat is straight up bad

I haven't played a single one of those games but hot damn what a misstep Ghost Recon Breakpoint was after the (mostly) awesome Wildlands.

I will try out Avatar at some point for $15 or less since I like the IP, so if I'm forced to pick something, I guess that's it.

Best out of that list: Mirage.

Worst of that list: Skull and Bones.

The game was in development for like 100 years. All they had to do was copy and paste Black Flag, remove all aspects of Assassin's Creed from it and there you go, Skull and Bones.

But they still managed to fuck that up.
