the comparison is irrelevant they would have pay to more to use an actors likeness, it also dosent fit the art style of game.I know this is pre-alpha and all but considering how MJ turned out I have little doubt Jean Grey will be ugly as shit in the final game.

i have a theory... but it's is just a game theory:
we know the kind of people involved in this game, this model is a way to validate their world view despite being just a place holder. it's almost like: we worked 80% of the time with an "inclusive" model. the final product will be just a little consession.

Explain to me why an alpha design needs to look like a trans. It's not a problem of the character not being finalized. It looks pretty much like a PS3 full model without the current-gen polish. The final version will be less hideous but don't expect a 180-degree change from what you are seeing right now. After MJ I don't understand how someone could have any hopes.

Matter of fact this seems about right.. they want to use the Sony now trademarked strong jaw line almost men looking modern "female" model... they dont have many of those .. so for place holder take a man face and put a wig ... the final model will be better but the idea is exactly what this alpha model represents...
