It doesn't seem like its 100% reversible, just more likely to be than a vasectomy. That's not saying much.

The mental image of the injection is probably a lot more painful than the act itself.

I've gotten some needles down there and it's not that terrible. It's uncomfortable as heck and it may make you queazy for a few minutes, but that's it.

Men are so easy squeamish about small things. Thank god we dont have to give birth. I think it is only fair that we can inject stuff into us and not only women. I am all up for this technology if nothing serious side effects.

Soon-ish. They mentioned 2017-18 before, but I'm not so sure. Either way it'll be sooner if they get more donations. Which reminds me that I should donate more.

I'd want to know how reversible it is. Anything below 95% and it's a hard pass. Even if it's 95-99 I'd be hesitant: it'd depend on my hypothetical partner's ability to pursue alternatives.

Not too concerned with the needle aspect. But let's face it, this is all very hypothetical for me. The treatment isn't available, plus my current method of birth control (being a boring homebody) is extremely effective and not especially likely to change in the foreseeable future.
