I don't think so, but I'm sure the elites will find some way to get me to accept it like these vax and masks.
I am not even into AR or VR, and neural implants feel even more intrusive of my freedomz. If I am in my death bed and they offer them as the final solution to extend my life, I will probably choose it, but otherwise, most likely nah... until the next psyop.

I would love to play the guitar or piano but i don't want to spend years learning and practicing. So yes.

I imagine these things would cost a fortune though but still. Also, how many of these our brain could handle? A lifetime is just enough to learn a handfull of skills but what would happen to the brain if you stuff it with so many a person would need centuries to learn? Is there even a "storage cap"?
