Wouldn't the internet suck for people who can't read or speak English?

you know what i find worse?

when i need a translation for memes that are already in my own language since the slang is so strong and different from where i'm from.

lol this is priceless

That soap opera aired in Brazil but the Brazilian dub wasn't nearly as good as the original

I lost count on how many cuts this scene has

And these people win acting awards

Give the OP a break!

I used to think it other languages were weird as they would constantly have to translate in their heads back into English (which I thought was the natural language of things).

Granted this was 28 years ago...

When I was 4...

That reminds me of the time back in the 90s when we had an US exchange student over here to visit. "Wow, I never knew you had cars over here!"

Facepalm.

OK, Google translate is failing me on this one. I know that huevo literally means egg, but can be used as slang... but the rest makes no sense regardless of how huevo is used.

My translation would be "Damn right, Evil has triumphed"

"A huevo" is a vulgar way of agreeing with something that should be obviously true or that should happen. It literally refers to your testicles being dominant. It can be used in a number of ways as a phrase, but you need to know the context of the conversations, and mostly guys use it.

So that picture is funny 'cause Elmo likes evil.
