Ok, so my internet has been down since monday, on top of that my telephone doesn't work since I run it over the net. (ip-telephony)

I have been calling the technical service daily, and all they say is that they are working on it. It's been 4 fucking days and my line is still dead. Great support.

BBB. An ISP in sweden. Fastest lines, but horrible support.
