OH SHIT that doctor death vs kobashi match was insanely good! That was an amazing display. Japanese wrestling is so stiff and more unpredictable in its outcomes that american wrestling, making it seem much more realistic and immersive.

Those ddts and powerslams on the floor - brutal.

The way kobashi got up to hide in the ropes after the second back drop driver is just something you never see in american wrestling.

It just seemed both guys were desperate for the win, that everything they did was for a reason.

I need a better quality version of that match for keeps

I still love this, though.

Holy shit WTF was THAT! :lol :lol :lol

That's AWESOME in it's simplicity. The announcer going apeshit helped too. Even the ref had to go "Ohhhh, damn."

Jericho was pretty stale and boring when he left.

I get flamed all the time here for saying that same thing. Jericho was total ass for the last year or two he was in the company. People are just warm and fuzzy for his WCW and early WWE days.

I pretty much have lost interest in wrestling, meaning I don't even care anymore. So bjork have fun BEATING CHRISTOPHER TO MAKING THE THREAD, because I've pretty much have 3% interest now, and being back at college I doubt i'll make the effort to sneak to the student center to watch it like I use to.

So if John Cena ever gets off RAW someone please PM me, because I just had it ... I watch it to be entertained, and for the last weeks it hasn't been. Smackdown I haven't watched like 4 months, ECW not since Flair and Show I think, and RAW I've missed for like a 3 weeks. Outcast I really think you need to take a break for awhile yourself.

It's not our fault you're all bitter because you're in college, wtf.

Go take a midol and make some silly "dorm story" threads or something, it's what college people do.

And sleep well knowing John Cena makes more to do shit you hate than you probably ever will. Cheers!

Dear Christopher,
Screw you. Don't tell me what to do with my time... I don't tell you waht to do with yours.

I'll watch this stuff till the day they bury me... good or bad. It WILL eventually improve. The business is cyclical, this is the way things go.

K? Thx, bye.
Jason

PS: Besides, shouldn't you be more worried about getting some ass in college than making the wrestling thread?

There has been some talk at the WWE discussion table in regards to bringing back Kevin Nash, 47, and Scott Hall, 47 (48 next month). Should they return, the duo would come in to feud with DX once the McMahon vs. DX feud runs its course. The possibility of a "DX vs. NWO" feud seems to be much too hard to write off completely and that it should at least be considered.

As expected, there are some people within WWE who don't want anything to do with either Kevin Nash nor Scott Hall - all for different reasons. WWE sources are denying the possibility of The Outsiders returning to WWE, but they have admitted that the idea of them returning has been proposed within various circles.

Kevin Nash's TNA status is currently in limbo. If his contract hasn't run out already, it probably will soon. As for Scott Hall, in an interview with a Puerto Rico wrestling site back in June, he said that he was healthy and that he was training for a possible in-ring return.

I really hope they don't do that.

For it to be cool they would have to bring back all 83 members of the NWO, as well as The New Age Outlaws, and Chyna to help out DX!

So browsing the wikipedia, I back and read the page of the greatest wrestler of all time, D'llo Brown, and it had some new information. It said that he would be making his return in late november.

Please be true, please!

Breaking News: Due to an serious case of whiplash D-Lo Brown has been forced to retire from professional wrestling.

Seriously, how does he move his neck and head like that?

D-LO was funny because he would always use his slang terms while speaking in super proper English!
And suddenly be from random European nations while being the champion. Until Al Snow took it, and began claiming he was from random fictional European nations :lol

Oh hell no.

IF this were to take place, it would just be used to feed McMahon's ego. The feud will be booked with DX dominating the nWo, guarandamnteed.

Vince won't put over ANYTHING WCW created. He's screwed over pretty much every single WCW guy who's come into the WWE since the end of the monday night war. I'm so glad Sting never went to WWE because Vince would've tried to bury him.

-Steiner (WHY THE HELL DID VINCE BRING HIM IN AS A FACE?! Why did they write his promos for him? Steiner's at his best when he's a heel and he's let loose on the mic. Vince didn't give him that oppurtunity and Steiner's character suffered for it.)

-Ric Flair (He's made him look like a complete idiot *remembers Flair being HHH's lackey in Evolution. Ric Flair in WCW NEVER would have played subordinate to anyone except maybe AA)

-Booker T (where do I start, Booker T has been screwed over so many times it's pointless explaining each incident. his current title run is a complete joke also. he's being portrayed as a paper champion.)

-DDP (2 words: lame gimmick)

-Goldberg (At the end of his run Vince refused to put him into any meaningful feuds, he was trying to sabotage Goldberg's overness and character by deminishing him to wrestling midcarders. Goldberg wasn't buried properly though because of the way he structured his contract. Smart move on his part, the only WCW guy who wasn't completely buried by Vince.)

-Eric Bischoff (His run as RAW GM portrayed him as a weak authority figure. The whole Austin/Bischoff feud was crap and the way Vince ended Eric's run in WWE by throwing him in a garbage truck was a blatantly symbolic move indicating Vince's "superiority".)

.... I could go on and on detailing the inVasion and nWo angle but that would be a waste. I've made my point.

Douchebag Vince ruined what could've been an incredible nWo angle and he ruined the WCW inVasion by making them all job out to WWE's so called "superstars". (I hate that term used in reference with WWE wrestlers)

In conclusion, **** Vince

Prior to next match, something kind of crazy happened. This guy came running to the security railing looking a lot like Chris Kanyon. He whipped out this huge sign (at least 6 feet wide) that said "Triple H, ask Vince why he fired me." Security fought with him somewhat, but not as though they really wanted him to stop. He turned the sign around and the backside said "Shawn, pray for my gay soul." It was unclear if it was in fact Kanyon, but Triple H did ask over the house mic, "who invited Kanyon."

DX defeated Trevor Murdoch & Lance Cade by pinfall. This went much quicker than the previous match with Michaels hitting a top rope elbow drop and Sweet Chin Music on Murdoch while Triple H destroyed Cade with a pedigree. After the match DX was joined in the ring by Sean Waltman a/k/a X-Pac. DX played surprised. Could the duo become an official stable possibly even the stakes at Unforgiven?

After the match, Triple H noticed a fan decked out in his complete Conan the Barbarian outfit from WrestleMania. He was so impressed with the outfit that he invited the fan into the ring. Triple H even grabbed him a bottle of water and applauded Conan's water spitting prowess. The Game joked about giving his the pedigree and set him on his way. Conan's buddy was dressed up like a mid 90's HBK, but his invitation must have gotten lost in the mail.

If they're getting X-Pac back, then the DX/NWO thing must be starting soon.

Last stop before Unforgiven

Game over for the McMahon MSG legacy?

Next week on RAW, Mr. McMahon will do something he’s always dreamed about: headline a WWE event at Madison Square Garden. The Chairman will step into the ring and square off against Triple H one week before DX faces the McMahons and ECW World Champion Big Show at Unforgiven in a Hell in a Cell Match.

On ECW on Sci Fi, DX proved they'll go to extreme measures to avoid another beating like the one they suffered at the hands of Mr. McMahon and his lead pipe on RAW a few weeks ago. Will Triple H be able to carry his momentum from ECW on Sci Fi with him when he takes on the Chairman this Monday on RAW? Will Mr. McMahon walk out victorious in his first headlining match at the Garden?

Cena to SmackDown?

John Cena could be making his final RAW appearance at MSG next Monday night. If Cena loses to WWE Champion Edge at Unforgiven, he’ll be relocated to SmackDown for the next three years… and the Rated R Superstar would like nothing more then to send his archrival away for good. SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long was at RAW last week to scout his potential new Superstar, but does Cena have anything in store to ensure he’ll remain a RAW Superstar?

Six-Man Tag Team encounter

In a preview of Unforgiven, a huge Six-Man Tag Team Match will take place on RAW at the World's Most Famous Arena when John Cena, Carlito and Jeff Hardy collide with WWE Champion Edge, Randy Orton and Intercontinental Champion Johnny Nitro. This massive tag team match is the last stop for each of these competitors before their respective matches at Unforgiven. What will transpire when all six men explode at MSG?

What will happen on the last RAW before Unforgiven? Tune into the USA Network at 9/8 CT to see all the WWE action unfold.

LTTP: Love the Cena cheers when Kennedy mentioned John Cena on SD! :D

For those of you who are starting to get into NOAH, I have a picture for you from the Nippon Budokan show today...

Do NOT click this link if you dont like Puro spoilers.http://ca1n.c.yimg.jp/sports/sn2006090923350800045079m/sportsnavi.yahoo.co.jp/fight/pict/200609/im00045079.jpg

NEW HERO!

Before you get pissed at a Jr. like Marufuji winning the GHC Heavyweight Title, Akiyama is the head booker in NOAH. So, he has some good plans in store for Maru, and himself. This won't be like ReyRey winning the WWE title. This makes Naomichi Marufuji NOAH's only grand slam winner. He has held every title in NOAH.
