let's not pretend that reigns/lesnar wasn't a good match

It was an aberration that reigns kicked out of three F5s after don't know how many suplexes, effectively making him look better than Cena's Summerslam match, and then having a come back, even if it was thanks to Lesnar getting hit on his head in the ring post.

Vince: "We'll please the fans by not making Reigns champion, but make him look strong, dammit!"

Lesnar is so main event its not even funny. This match, the rumble triple threat and the Cena beat down were the three best matches of the past year.

Vince did the right thing in offering him lots of money to stay.

They even took out Ambrose with that ladder spot which explains why he didn't come out to ruin the cash-in...

They let Brock dominate the match to drain out any chance of Daniel Bryan chants too lol.

Crowd was livid with any offense given in by Reigns.

REIGNS HAS THE WORSE SELLING FACE EVER. What a punchable face. Cena looks like Ziggler in comparison.

I can't believe y'all are so happy when you got fucked out of closure to the top storyline between the two top guys who were fighting for the top belt. It is only now that i finally understand why Vince McMahon has been so successful for so long.

So wait, what's the fucking point of Cena and Bryan having the mid card belts if the champion is still a full-time performer?

The WWE was never going to 'elevate' the mid-card belts. They're just something for Cena and, to a lesser extent Bryan, to chase after while not in the main event.

Good show. I don't get the Sting loss other than Vince still hates WCW even though he owns it now. And why did Taker win?

Really good main event though. Orton/Rollins was great, fun seeing the little nWo v DX thing.

Plywood

NeoGAF's smiling token!
Out of a night of amazing Plywood posts, I've gotta say this is the best.
From the mad dash to the mad retreat back up the ramp, right down to each rotation that belt makes Seth has given that much more meaning to the World Heavyweight Championship by not only curbstomping the man who was the 1 in 21, but by also pinning the man who was set out to the beat 1 in 21, thus proving he is the one.

Huh. I now know what the WWE champs dick looks like.

They protected Lesnar by having a great heel, and an absolute weasel of a character defeat the most unfairly pushed wrestler on the roster.

Whoever decided this made the right call.

One of those two guys won't be on TV again until SummerSlam.

I think Reigns came out strong from that match. He took 4 f5, made the champion bleed and hit the final spear that took Brock out.
This was really the best ending though because it opens up a lot of possible ways and to be honest having the champion appear 1 per month wasn't making Raw that exciting

I'm just wondering where they go from here. Brock losing clean makes more sense in trying to get him out of the title picture. But now he still looks like the alpha and omega in terms of kayfabe.

I'm curious. No one on the roster looks competition for Brock. This story makes sense if he didn't re-sign but now I don't really know what you do with him. Do you put the belt back on him? They protected the streak since he wasn't pinned and murdered Roman.

Lesnar made that shit look incredible. Reigns, even though hes pretty bad, took an ass kicking.

That was well worth the 4 hours. The finale was amazing.

Does anyone know where I can stream that post-wrestlemania radio show? I think its in canada? Someone usually posts the link...

Wwe is in a grrat spot right now. Seth has fucked with so many people, he could feud Ambrose, Reigns, Orton or Brock starting tomorrow.

WM Review

Tag Match = C
Battle Royal = B-
IC Title Match = B = Dolph Ziggler in 2014...
Orton vs Rollins = B
HHH vs Sting = A
Divas Match = F
Cena vs. Rusev = Wasted the greatest wrestling entrance of all time. C-
*Rock Segment = B
Undertaker vs Bray = Bray needs to be released. He is a waste of fucking talent and butchered Undertaker bringing his A game. = B-
Brock vs. Tackle Guy = Much better than ever anticipated. B+
Rollins winning = B.

I think Reigns versus Rollins was always the post WM plan one way or another.

The entire title picture for the following year was pretty much clear as day once Rollins won MITB last year and you saw them start to build Reigns

Yeah, but I don't think the plan for the match was for Lesnar to dominate with a little bit of hope for Roman. I think the plan was for Roman to win a competitive match and Rollins to cash-in tomorrow.

That was $10 well spent. I might start watching wrestling again after a close to decade hiatus. Definitely watching RAW tomorrow night. I had a lot of fun. 8/10

Ambrose could, the reason being is that he will do whatever he has to in order to win. If he has to use weapons he will, he will destroy himself to win. His character is perfect to take Brock on, and he is a tweener already so no matter what he does to win people will cheer.

Haven't yelled and screamed like a little kid since last WM main event.

I probably sounded like an insane person yelling at Seth to cover Brock after the first Curb Stomp instead of looking at Reigns outside the ring.

Maybe extending his contract was a swerve.

Brock/Mir 3 at UFC 200! Belee.
