No throttling bullshit and no cap. It's a little expensive but i have been on 75up/15down for awhile now and 90% of the time i do speed test i get 80-85 up and 20-25 down. Never go under 70.

Right now I have DirecTV/Verizon for the net. Was hoping I can switch to FIOS. But can't yet. I like the local cable's net. Speed is way faster than the Verizon i'm using
