If this happens, and I'm not a fan of wrassling really, that doesn't mean I wont watch the old ass Wrestlemania's. Especially the one where LT fights Bam Bam.

Don't be so quick to dismiss an announcement to the effect that wrestling is real dammit.
That would shake the very foundation of many a foundation.

The thing is gonna start then be interrupted by Bad News Barrett.

"You expected some big interesting announcement? Well, I've got some bad news!"...

Ladies and gentlemen, Papa Shango was legit, the Undertaker is a reanimated corpse, the Gobbeldygooker is, in fact, a new species of sentient turkey and if you see the Ultimate Warrior, please call this number so the men with butterfly nets can chase him in circles.

Thank you and good night.

"WWE Buys Thing No One Has Heard Of" isn't grounds for a press conference, nor would it change anything.

I wish XFL was a huge success so i could be watching XTL tonight instead of this dumb conference.

Man i want extreme tennis league to be a thing.

Predictions on the price point?

WWE always overvalues their shite, so I'm thinking $25 a month

I think $25 is realistic but far too high. I could reasonably swing $15 a month for a couple months just to watch some old shit, but $25 would put too much of a time restraint on my willingness to watch a ton of wrestling.

So, let's hope for no more than $15.

I'm putting my money on $20 a month, but I really hope it's closer to $10-$15. It also depends on if they're going to be moving the B-tier PPVs over to it. We'll see. Mania will be free with it this year, that's a given. Nice little incentive to give it a shot.

I bet they reduce the amount of PPV's soon if The Network takes off and get off PPV completely eventually. PPV takes about 20% to 30% cut of the sales I forget the exact number but its pretty high and all they do is broadcast the show. If this takes off its overall better for WWE.

Managed to get into this event. There is a large countdown on the screen. I'm expecting explosions in 10 mins, 12 seconds.

Yea not a chance in hell of 15. I won't pay anything over 12.99 myself. I honestly expect 25 bucks minimum. They'll use the excuse of the PPVs etc being on there.

I'm going to be pretty disappointed if this whole ado isn't about the return of the Rock 'n' Wrestling Connection! Richter+Lauper or we riot!
