No, not another creepy incest duo! We had enough of this in the UK version.

Simon: "The audience you're aiming at will understand you perfectly."

What audience would that be????
This one.

lmao at the girl and Nicole.

I thought they both sucked though.

Edit: the boy enjoyed that hug with Steve Jones. Mhm gerl, you grab that hunk.

Why does Nicole have this annoying infantile inflection every time she opens her mouth? You're too old for that, fake bitch.

Nice freeze-frame. Now I know Jonas Jr. is an innie, which is information of supremely pressing importance for me.

That Nick Dean kid looked and sounded like he was produced in a factory. The same one that shat out One Direction.

Devon, you rock it girly *bow*

I see right through you! That fake nervous girl act you pulled at the beginning.

Edit: LMAO @ Simon clapping while sitting down. Stand up you cowell.

Thank god this carnival of crazy is over. Now bring on the real drama!

Bootcamp's gonna be brutal to all these talentless tweens and backing track lackeys. And it will be glorious.

do people even believe the shit LA Reid says?

to the STOP LOOKING AT MY MOM YO kid: "I worked at Def Jam and I was looking for someone like you my whole career" lolno

Obsolete, should retire. Wouldn't know a 20+ million albums selling artist even if it slapped him across the face.

At least the show is improved from the god awful second episode...

I see some talent, and some that need lots of work but have potential.

Can any of you sleuths find that youtube video for the last girl that sang? She said she put up 1 video and it only got 500 hits. I can't remember her full name. I think her first name was Jasmin or Joslin.

LOL, cannot believe they're making them perform choreographed dance routines.
The meltdowns should be epic.

And I wonder why they're judging "styling" at this point. Clay Aiken would've drowned on this show

I must say that I like the way they handled the group parts much better than Idol, which is usually just as a shitty showcase for people behaving poorly.

Group round is the best part of hollywood. I wish it would be 2 or 3 weeks.

I Have Nothing and Against All Odds should be banned from all singing competitions.

Yeah, bootcamp episode was great. They actually showed every ensemble in full thus far instead of doing a quick montage of the good and bad. I concur that this round should be two weeks whereas auditions should just take up a week (or a single episode if they're going to be as terrible as they were this season).

Now I'm back to being excited for the rest of the season!

Ratings held steady last night. Amazingly, the show hasn't shed any viewership despite the lackluster audition rounds. I'm sure FOX is happy.

Fox won the night with adults 18-49. Last night's 90 minute installment of The X Factor was down 5% versus last week's two hour installment to a 3.9 adults 18-49 rating. but note, last week saw an adjustment of 0.2 in the finals, so it's quite possible The X Factor will be steady week over week when all is said and done. Also, versus last week from 8-9:30p, The X Factor retained 100% of its rating among adults 18-49.
