Only info I've seen is what was said at GDC:
It doesn't really give any details, but I can only hope and imagine it means that if I have my cd collection ripped to my pc, then I can stream all my music while playing any game? If this is the case, then +1000 MS. I just recently went through the hugely time-eating task of ripping every cd my wife and I own to my pc. Took me about a month. Now I stream all my music through XBMC where it's pumped through my home theater, every cd at the tip of my fingertips using the xbox dvd remote
I make huge-ass playlists and shuffle them, it's like the ultimate jukebox and if this is what Xbox 360 is going to do in game I will be fucking ecstatic.
Custom playlists: This feature eliminates the need for developers to support custom music in games. The guide instantly connects players to their music so they can listen to their own tracks while playing all their favorite next-generation Xbox games.
