It's not MY perception, for the record, I have close to a 50,000 gamerscore and the only shooters I've played on it are Bioshock 1 and 2.

For the record, I wouldn't consider Uncharted "dudebro" though....haven't played through 3 yet though (Christmas present). I think of Drake's character as being the anti-Marcus Fenix, to be honest.

I'd also argue that implying the 360 library lends itself to the shooter or dudebro more so than other consoles is an outdated statement that should have ended last gen. Or do the jrpgs, kinect, platformers, arcade titles not count?

some of the biggest PS3 exclusives are Uncharted, Killzone, Infamous, SOCOM, MAG, God of War etc...
sure, the PS3 also has GT, LBP and an Ico game plus all the move stuff
but the 360 also has Forza, Banjo and Kazooie, Viva Piñata (and everything else Rare has done) plus all the kinect things
so it kinda cancels each other out

the whole "dudebro" thing is overused on gaf anyway, it's just a sad insult usually thrown around by people who still can't believe that not everyone likes 12 year old androgynous boys as protagonist (see, I can stereotype too)
