Got the bundle for my sister. She will have a 40" tv in her dorm room. I will probably sell the Xbox for 250-300 since I already own the system.

I see a lot of people commenting that they will get the deal but sell the xbox (or sell the tv). Wouldn't it just be easier to buy a 40" smart tv (or a standalone xbox)? They cost way less than $500 on amazon at least.

Picked this up earlier. Needed a new TV for when I move out, and wanted to get an XB1 for Halo this fall, so the timing was literally perfect. There definitely won't be any deal like this for a while.

My girlfriend and I got the TV and what looked to be the last MCC Xbox One at the store.

We waited for outside a hour before store opening, and some dude shows up ten minutes before opening and crowds the door right next to us. Then he proceeds to pullout his holstered gun in plain sight (for us to see) and puts it back in. we just looked away and when the doors opened my girlfriend made a beeline to the Xbox One while I went for the TV and we hightailed it out of there.

God damn..............this fucking country.

Curious about how your stores set up their stock. I had mine merchandised by the registers in home theater ready to go with a sign advertising the bundle. Didn't want anybody (staff or customer) to have to worry about where to go for the bundle.

Nothing was different except for a little sign next to the only MCC Bundle. I asked the guy and he read it, gave me the xbox and said yeah, go to that guy to get your TV.

There was only on MCC bundle out though, not sure of that was the last one in the store or not.

We had a good reserve in the back, and one of each of the different Xbox SKUs in the game department. But since we only had two of the J5200 in stock I just put the two TVs with two of the MCC bundles in the TV department. Closer to the front of store and no confusion as to the deal.

Why are you factoring in a bigger hard drive and kinect? And why would that affect the savings at all, since you'd have to buy those separately anyway if the bundle didn't exist?

It's a 1080p 60hz (native) TV. Turn off all the extra motion enhancement nonsense and it's going to be a good TV.

I don't think I explained myself very well. I would not want to sacrifice $300.00 that I could use elsewhere to play a game that only cost $30.00.

I would rather sell the Xbox that I have zero interest in and use the funds to buy something I would enjoy.

I know Ryse gets a lot of flak but it's not such a bad game if you get a good deal for it. Would include it on your list.

That's great. If you have no interest in an Xbox one or already own one, you can return it and get a Wii U for no extra cost, pay an extra $100.00 and get a PS4, or just place it towards an applience or something.
