The Xbox One has a better scaler than the Xbox 360 did.
Or they are just using a better software scaler, either way... it looks a little better.

well its def not a selling point, but if youre already on the fence, the value goes up a little with BC
Owning all your games on one box is definitely a selling point for some people.

This seals the deal for me too. I never bought many xbox 360 games, but I wanted to play those role playing games and indies that were exclusive. Hopefully the amount of titles will rise substantially through out the year. It is great to know that the games look a bit better and play well despite being emulated.

Dirty lense effect from gears judgement, I thought it looked really cool.
Here is some gears mp footage (3 and judgment). Gears 3 looks gorgious but both of them, i think,have input lag; it was harder to play than it seems on these footages. Can be quite hard to aim when things are getting nasty:

The one thing I wish is that the Xbox One natively ran Xbox 360 games at 1080p. Would make every game look cleaner. But it is what it is. I have a nice, albeit, little library of digital Xbox 360 titles. I only have one physical game for 360 now, that is Mass Effect. Got rid of all of my physical 360 games almost two years ago.
