Drove around a bit just to see the lines out here- I'm out in the suburbs of Long Island and there were ~50 people at the Best Buy. Interestingly, saw about 5 females in that crew.

Not sure why that's surprising considering Microsoft is doing a global launch.
This has been Shipping Now since noon today. Not going to lie, I'm a little worried.
Mine has been the same way and the delivery estimate changed to Tuesday, November 26, I am so pissed off spent a good couple hours on the phone with amazon and they offered me a $20 credit I was so pissed I said I don't want no damn credit I want my system tomorrow as originally promised. I ordered my day one edition on June 10.

Check the HDMI cable is in the right port.
Got mine. All good, downloading heaps of stuff so haven't played anything yet. Also working technically.
Impressions from me:
It's very heavy and the power brick is huge.
Patches! 6gb for Forza, one for DR3, and it grabs the patch as soon as the disc is in.
Games stop downloading and move onto the next item in your queue as soon as the game is playable for some reason. Can't figure that out yet. Guess the goal is to make all progress playable rather than get 100% on the lot.
Super sleek looking.
Kinect voice works perfectly for me without reading the specific commands, but I did watch the IGN and Gizmodo videos for impressions. That's in Australia too.
Pretty pumped!

Voice commands don't work in New Zealand. But if I set my region to Australia, they work flawlessly. So dumb.
