Quick question: Are all Xbox Ones that are sold on launch day at major stores, the Day One Edition, or will they sell the regular edition of the console today as well? Was the Day One edition for preorders only? Thanks

If you have a tablet I highly recommend the SmartGlass app. Makes typing a breeze.

Most retailers sold out the Day One edition on preorders.

There is one major store that will for sure have inventory available later this morning. I want to go pick one up, and I wanted to know if I should expect the regular edition or the day one edition.

Still don't know what to do about the 5.1 audio via hemi. All of my other consoles have done just fine . Not so, here. I hope there is a fix for it or else MS is going to have some unhappy audio, geeks after them.

So far, so good... Except my controller wasn't put together properly. One of the panels feels kind of loose and clicks in when I squeeze the controller :S It says the Day One thing on it though, so I'll just keep it unless it has functional issues.

Killer Instinct is at 63% and I still can't play it. I though 50% was the point where you can play while downloading?

Party chat voice quality is sooooo good. Almost VOIP good. God damn. I installations take forever though. I only played a little Ryse and DR3. I HAVE to go to work in the morning.

I have yet to repeat a command to kinect. It is working flawlessly. I wonder why reviewers were having such a hard time... I've spoken at least 100 acceptable commands to it without a hiccup.

Does "Xbox on" work from an off state, or only from sleep mode? Does "Xbox turn off" turn it off, or put it in sleep mode?

Killer instinct is fun but coming off ps4 that 720p resolution is really hard to ignore.

Does anyone know how to do co-op in Dead Rising 3? Me and a friend have no idea how to join or invite each other. ^^^ Agree about that resolution. How on earth does a simple 2D fighting game run at 720p when it basically looks like Street Fighter. Dead Rising has an impressive amount of enemies but graphically looks pretty terrible. Really makes me worry about how powerful this console really is.

Well bought Forza Motorsport 5 digitally, since I knew eventually I'd want to resell Ghost and Battlefield 4, but always want to keep Forza. $59 well spent, now I wait for it to download. Do games download while Xbox One is on standby/powered off?

So far I have to say I like the DS4 and PS4 UI better.

Controller is fine but those bumpers are really bad.
