The original Xbox was also my favorite console as well. I started out with the Gamecube, then got an Xbox when Knights of the Old Republic came out, which was an eye opener for me, never stopped playing it till the 360 came out.

Because of the one HDMI input on the XB1? If so, getting an HDMI matrix switch would maybe solve your issues.

The only problem is, you'd have to switch inputs on the matrix switch unless you get one that auto-detects the input.

Went to Best Buy last night to see if they had a PS4 kiosk set up that I could play around with. No such luck, but they did have stacks of Xbox One controllers so I picked one up. I really just wanted to hold one in my hand. It feels really great.
Now I have half a mind to send this one out to one of those modding companies and get it painted white like the ones Microsoft employees get on day one. Does anybody have any experience with those places?

Yeah they backed the right horse there.
I'm torn, I want to get Forza because it will almost certainly be the best launch title and everyone I know who's played it raving about it. But I also want NFS Rivals because I love me some NFS. I just dunno if I want to get two racing launch titles, different as they are.

PAL launch, that is.
PDZ took too much flak.
It was great and it had LIVE campaign co-op which was a first I think.

Yeah, things change with gamers all the time. I was primarily Nintendo, then Sony, then Microsoft. As I get older though, I can afford to use all of them and in recent years it's mostly been Xbox. Looking at how awesome the Xbox One line up is (to me at least), it's likely that I'll stick with Xbox as my primary gaming console. Who knows how I'll feel 2 years from now, though. One major factor is that Sony first party continues to be wholly unappealing. I'm curious to see if they can change that this gen.

My buddy owns one of the biggest. They've got a ridiculously expensive imaging machine for custom controllers and consoles. The results are always pretty great:
