Yes I just got my shipping update, goods leave tomorrow (WED my time) and should arrive to me on Thursday I believe. Looks like 1 day early in Australia for me, so like 2 days early
My misses pre-ordered it for me and now she won't stop saying she's keeping it under lock and key until XMAS. GAF I need a female counter equivalent leverage XMAS present to really get her going...

Got an email from Toys R Us a few days ago that my Day One Edition will be ready for pick up on 11/22.
Check Amazon at midnight Friday, they restocked PS4's last week right when it launched and I would imagine they'll be doing the same for the Xbox One.

According to a buddy of mine they started sunday (New Brunswick). Can't verify this, as it is his word only, but that is all I have heard from them thus far. I'm waiting on Best Buy.

They shipped a lot of PS4's on Thursday last week so I'd imagine sometime around then.
Haha no worries, I thought that would be an issue when writing that post. Thursday night/midnight/Friday morning. And they restocked right around midnight EST for the PS4 so that's when I'd keep an eye on Amazon.
Again I'm not sure that they will, but it's certainly a possibility.

No 3d at launch, as for the browser, someone posted earlier in this thread a confirmation that the xbone browser will have the same built in flash engine of IE metro.
Hope the lines go smooth. Wonder how fast EB and Best Buy were at the PS4 launch.

Luuuuucky... I'd be satisfied with just launch day but in small town ontario it's not looking likely.

I would advise ekim's method.
I did the same and was able to order a Day One edition at Amazon.
Just activate One-Click buy and F5 the the product page until it gives you option to order one. Every time someone cancels their preorder you will have a few seconds to order it.
Just walking in a store depends on the city you're living in. But I chances are high, you're only getting a standard SKU.

I did this today and honestly didn't think I would get one but I spent 10 minutes or so and one was available. Got the email confirmation and its on BB website.

Haven't seen any movement on my UPS order number. Probably just means that they're planning to ship it 1 day before launch, and they're just staging all of the details early this week.
MS store will have some extra boxes on launch day.

Killer instinct would be my choice if I had money left over, but maybe NBA 2k14, COD Ghosts if your into the really fast paced multiplayer, or NFS Rivals if your into arcade racers.It got good reviews, but honestly I don't know your preferences.
Personally, I am getting Forza and DR3, and Killer Instinct $40 version. Really need to learn to play fighters so I can kick my friend's ass for once.

Yes, but I don't believe they put the order up immediately after it's cancelled. They wait and do a batch of them at a time.
For example, the PS4 had a bunch of extra units go up for sale Friday night which were most likely units cancelled at the last minute, or extra stock. I'd assume the same will happen with the Xbox. Make sure to sign up for alerts on NowInStock, and I would assume they will put some extra's up Friday or Saturday.
