According to the PR stuff, you cannot share it, it for people in the preview. Not sure how they police it of course but it could be locked to preview only enabled accounts.

Any time I've made a clip of a game before release date (Limbo for example as I got it before release), any "Xbox Record That" clips I made were private and not uploaded to the cloud.

They are testing the beta before the mass gets it. They might be taking precaution to issues that happened with MCC. Would you rather them launch the beta and it be broke and unplayable for the duration of testing to everyone that purchased the game?

MCC has not been fixed after a month, do you seriously think they'd be able to fix the beta within days?

It's simply unfair on owners of the MCC who aren't part of the preview program.
