I highly, highly doubt this will work this well, though. I can't imagine what kind of processing power you would need for that. Wouldn't you have to have Xbox Music, IE, Games, HBO Go, GTTV, etc all running in the background? My cable box doesn't switch that quickly and it only does one of those things.
