Nintendo never invest as much time as Capcom over graphics. They're obsessed with having shorter developement time, which is a good thing, and they would rather invest equally in gameplay elements and side quests...

Why don't you compare two games that are in the same genre? survival horror games lend them selves to better graphics. You're in a closed world, Zelda is wide open.

No clue. But I do want to say, I've been playing RE4 again recently and the game looks unbelievable. Maybe the best graphics this gen. Though some other games pass it at certain spots, the ammount of work put into the visuals is awe-inspiring. Check out the dust particles by windows, the beautiful textures, the insane monster creatures, and various effects. Such a complete visual package. Looking towards next gen, if developers put that much work into their graphics, I'm sure no system will be completely outshined by any other system. Capcom's RE4 team are just some visual wizards

The games should not be compared. They both have to do different things due to the nature of the game. Compare games that are similiar not different.
