We don't know for certain... we know this is a rom hack that has 151 pokemon available, but no one seems to be able to find the actual hack itself. A similarly named hack is out there, but it's completely different.

Nope. I'm guessing the streamer messed up or something, he even suggested after the E4 people would try to catch all 151 in that Polygon interview.

Either that or it's a really weird ROM where all the missing Pokemon are in Cerulean Cave or something.

It mirrors your opponent's move... Lick works great on ghosts.

It uses whatever move was last used by the opponent.

Especially good if a ghastly uses Lick, because it doesn't hurt Pidgeot, but when used back it's super effective and will usually one shot Whatever ghost used it.
