They lost the Inuyasha rights.

*shelters from the fallout of angry Inuyasha fans*

Doing some RTTP of TOS2 and I almost forgot how the entire first village are assholes to you, which makes it even more satisfying when you turn into a asshole.

That drop for One Piece and rebound for BE. Also that drop in viewers on the front end and bump in the backend. We have a UFC night Saturday?

UFC nuked the Toonami ratings. What the hell, man?!

Dang, Space Dandy was a bit lower than usual. At the very least, Blue Exorcist did decently. Though dang, that weird low curve with One Piece.

Honestly ratings for the first half of the block were consistent just collectively down 200k from where they've been the past few weeks, BE got a bump for being a premier and SE got a bump thanks to people who came back for BE. I wouldn't panic over OP's ratings unless it consistently gets beaten out by BE

Also Final Act still could come to Toonami, it wouldn't be the first time Toonami has aired a sequel series before finish the first shows run

Also the final night of the Olympics, with live events starting around midnight (with a major one at 7 am ET) and running all the way to the closing ceremony past noon.

And I don't know about the rest of the country, but it was super warm here in NYC for the first time in about 3 or 4 months, so everybody was out that night.

That last part is probably the killer. I remember durring the day not needing a jacket and saying "man, I can't wait for it to get back to this normally!"
