Final Trailer for The Amazing Spider-man 2

First movie was mediocre, and I haven't liked the last few trailers, but hopefully this turns out better.
 
I don't know. Giamatti has a few scenes without the suit (the truck chase). I think they'd want to explain where he gets a giant rhino shaped mech suit.

But the joker scene is literally the opening minutes of the Dark Knight.

These trailers reveal beat for beat, the entire plot of the SpiderMan film, the entire character arc of the villains, and reveals which characters will be present in the final act.

Sony fucking sucks at marketing their movies.
 
It's hard to believe this comes out in the same timeframe as Xmen DoFP.
We've seen EVERYTHING from one film, and hardly ANYTHING from the other.
 
I much prefered ASM to the Raimi films so I'm really hyped for this. Andrew Garfiled is infinitely better than Tobey Maguire.
 
It feels like Sony have a thousand Don Draper clones marketing this film and they don't know each other is working on it too.

It was the same as the last film. I bet the marketing spend on this is ridiculous in typical Sony Pictures fashion. It feels like they aren't trying to entice people to see this film but beat them into submission.

Not the worse but far from a great movie. I didn't like the actors performance and I didn't like the direction it went. I have zero interest in a sequel which is a shame as Spiderman was one of my favourite superheros. I used to read the comics as a kid.
 
THe action looks insane. The lizard fight in school gave me a taste of this before, but now it looks they're going all out now on Spiderman awesomeness.

Welp I am hyped now, luckily this movie comes out after I have finished Uni so it's fine.

Really hoping that they don't chicken out killing off Gwen Stacy as Peter must be with Mary-Jane, his one and only true love.
 
The action looks very comic book like and over the top based on what I see in those gifs. That's missing from alot of comic book adaptations. Even avengers was a bit tame in that respect.

Looking forward to this one. There was a taste of this in the first one but they're going all out now. I like when directors aren't afraid to have a little fun.

There's nothing in ASM that I can remember that is as bad as emo Peter, dance numbers, Sandman being Uncle Bens killer for some reason, Venom pulling back his mask constantly despite the fact that his mask is a fully functional face in the first place, and it's a perfect example of how not do a super hero movie with multiple villains. I could go on really.

This always fucking bugged me and I could never understand why Topher had monster fangs with the mask off. MADE NO SENSE.

That film was a terrible soul-less bore-fest.

We need a few Spiderman MEGAFLOPs so that Sony will stop making them and the licence will revert back to Marvel.

It doesn't look like this will be one though. Maybe the next reboot cycle will be dire.

Even if ASM was soulless it was still better then a movie that actively bad.

And all that Film Hulk thing is saying is that the emo Peter is the least worst part of SM3, which is like saying that the best part of the turd you're eating is a corn kernel you found in the middle.

That movie would still be bad even without emo Peter and emo Peter would be bad even in a great Spider-Man movie.

No, ASM is worse by a hair. It didn't need multiple villains to be a complete clusterfuck.

I never said that ASM was a great movie, just that it's better then the mess that is SM3.

ASM is a mediocre movie. They did some things better then the Raimi movies and some things worse. They didn't do anything well in Spider-Man 3.
