Nah, why ruin Teen Wolf's venerable record of token queer romance, sidelined gay characters, and ship teasing? Three seasons strong! I mean, it's not like I'm broken up about it, but with Danny constantly marginalized and Teen Wolf's stud factor taking a toe-curling nose dive in Season 3, I feel like the showrunners could step things up on those fronts. It's as though Colton took most of the sexy with him when he left for that one show that's not Teen Wolf.

Not sure what to think about the new jailbait. Too young? Parrish seems like he could evolve into a compelling (and hot) character, at least.

I think it's a mark against the show by now. At first is was cute, and kinda hot, but now it's just browbeating the audience.

If he wants to get tumblr all flustered, do with real same sex pairings, not some dangling carrot that will never be reached.

I swear if he did a real and cute same sex couple it would be great. They seemed to nail Scott and Kira's cuteness. Do it again.
 
Jeff is kind of bad at romance that isn't for Scott, like the whole Malia thing with Stiles. I mean, the dude has been in love with Lydia for years and then one night he had sex in an insane asylum with Malia and now it's a love triangle, lol.

Hopefully Danny grows into something bigger, I don't think Keahu will stick around for random gay sex much longer.

I think Stiles and Malia just seem weird because he's had so many false starts.

It was supposed to be Stiles & Erica first, then Gage left.
It was supposed to be Stiles & Cora next, then Adelaide left.
Now Stiles and Malia, thankfully she's sticking around.

Lydia has always been there, so it seems weird that they haven't made it official, but I think Jeff wants them to have the unresolved tension.

As for Danny, I think the one confirmed new character is probably his new love interest, but as I said before, I'd love for there to be multiple gay relationships. Dethan was really cute, but it still didn't really get a chance to fully realize itself. I want some same sex relationships to be front and center next season.

I hate that. Just have Stiles move on, or get together with Lydia, but stringing this thing along is just annoying.

I JUST WANT MY STILES/LYDIA SUPERNATURAL DETECTIVE SHOW. HE'S THE FRANTIC SLIGHTLY MAD YING TO HER HIGH MAINTENANCE HIGH WAILING YANG.

Though, as brief as it is, I like the Stiles/Malia dynamic.

I want the reveal that Danny is fucking supernatural. Give him something to do other than be the gay guy.
 
So did Jeff promise to feature more prominent gay relationships in the show or something? I see a lot of talk about teasing pretty often so I'm wondering if he actually made a promise that he hasn't fulfilled yet.

Honestly I think Danny is just a dude who knows that there's super natural stuff in Beacon Hills, I would love to see Danny become more but at this point I'm not expecting anything.
Although Jeff did say that Scott's pack will be growing this season.. who knows.

Stiles and Malia just seems random as hell. Plus I'm kinda with NTGYK in that Malia is only 8 (though I try not to think of it too much). It's just disappointing that they've done a lot of work to build up Stiles and Lydia's friendship yet they aren't doing anything with it.

A same sex relationship would be nice to see too.
 
I am really not feeling Malia, and I'm feeling Malia + Stiles (Miles?) even less. Look at the chemistry Lydia and Stiles have, especially in the last episode. Look at it.

I'm not sure if they're meant for each other, but they definitely have something.

Stiles and Lydia have a chemistry as friends and as love interest that would take Stiles/Malia seasons to have something similar.
 
I should note that I don't think there's been enough of Stiles x Malia for it to be a triangle with Lydia. I expect it to change a bit in the next season of course. I'm expecting them to keep Lydia singleish to sort of contrast with stiles now being "involved" with someone.

We'll see though. I fully expect Malia's actor to somehow get a job last minute too.

It's a shame that they continue to keep Stiles and Lydia apart. It's starting to feel weirdly artificial unless they out and out state that they're just gonna be friends.

The nice thing about the earlier episodes was the concern that Lydia was showing for Stiles' welfare when he went missing and his insane murder board whispers.

So this formerly army brosky is trying to defuse a bomb and those dumbass kids are standing like five metres away from the bus, tops.

No wonder this show takes place in Murdertown, CA.

Edit: I'll eat my poop if that gets me commited to a mental institution next to Jackie Nevada.

Yeah, that was random and terrible writing.
 
I'm enjoying this season a whole lot more. It almost feels like the show is entering a more adult phase where shit goes down at every episode instead of dumbing it down with awful, forgetable plot lines that never made much sense.

Sure, there's still plenty of lulzy stuff to bicker about (oh god, the CG in that Molotov cocktail scene was SO TERRIBLE), but it's heaps better than previous seasons.
 
That said, this whole Darth Stiles business is boring me out of my tits.

Gosh, leave Lydia alone already, you already have that mentally underdeveloped werecoyote fawning all over you.
