It's diet and diet and more diet. Then lifting and cardio for the thinner guys. Body fat percentage for the dudes on TW is cray.

Number 1 is good diet. Most important thing.

After that, weightlifting and cardio.

The more muscle on you, the more calories you burn throughout the day as well.

It was more of a rhetorical question. I'm just baffled by the bodies in this show.

I know, it's TV and everybody must be pretty, but the general tone of the cast is ba-na-nas.

You can also become a specimen of manflesh if you hire someone whose job it is to do nothing but ride your ass for every steak or cheeseburger you even think about.
 
Interesting to see this show still going. My last two years of highschool I was in this small high school that was located on a college campus (we also took college courses). Tyler Posey was in most of my high school classes. He was a pretty nice guy but definitely liked to joke around and do pranks. It honestly weirds me out to see him on TV since I knew him in real life.

I can recall one case in an English class where I was giving a presentation and when I returned to my seat I found out he had emptied the contents of my backpack, turned it inside out, and put everything back in in the right compartments.

He was an acquittance who sat in the same corner as I did and goofed off (like I did). He probably lives in a different place now but his house was only a few streets down from me then. He left midway through 11th grade to focus on his career and it did end up working for him. This was 2008/2009.

Now that he is famous I would feel weird trying to contact him to be honest. If I ever do run into him again I will get him to post on here though.

Heh, I was just joking. I wouldn't want anyone do something that would make them feel awkward.

I do wonder though if anyone from the show has ever seen our topic. I know GAF is a pretty well known site, but I don't know if most people would think to look for TW fans here.
