Larian added the Digital Colllectors Edition and the "Source Hunters DLC Pack" in Steam

The CE has two copies of D:OS, the Source Hunters DLC pack, the original Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity. 69.99 USD.

The Source Hunters DLC pack is basically the upgrade we expected to a CE edition. It has the Golden Grail DLC, Zandalor's Epic Trunks, the Design Documents and the soundtrack. The DLC content will be available after the game is released. 9.99 USD.

Doesn't look like my Kickstarter included the DLC except for the Epic Trunks.
 
No more updates until my saves are safe. Please. My heart can only take so much.

edit: The textures on Roderick's clothes are REALLY low resolution. Scarlett's clothes seem OK. Just a beta thing I hope.

I also noticed that the footstep sounds in the tutorial cave are screwed up. Sounds like you're walking around in six inches of water.

Thanks for sharing. I'll probably bite on the upgrade for the DLC and soundtrack (it's really good). I grabbed the dual pack for a friend and I, but the bugger hasn't touched the game yet while I've finished the beta.

I'm hoping that improved models are possible with the modding tools. If so, we should get improved models shortly after release. The game has very low usage on my system. My 780 runs the game below it's base clock speed and I'm still capped at 60fps at 1200p with max settings. Didn't read up on the min spec requirements, but they must be low indeed. I also noticed the footsteps in the tutorial dungeon, also it seems crafting got broken with regards to stuff you find out in the world.

Improved models, or just model options would be neat. Weird having a beefy male wizard with giant banana hands.

About the title, I think D:OS's biggest problem is lack of awareness. As such, even though it's boring, I think we should try to find one most likely to make people unaware of the game click it :P

Definitely, that's why I included the reference to CO-OP. But, the overall message could use some work to increase appeal.

You can buy it now, but only 1/5 or so of the game is available, the rest will unlock june 20th. Also, some features are not yet implemented and saves may or may not be nuked.

Yeah it's weird and sad that it seems that a lot of gamers are not giving it enough attention. The game looks great and it's being developed by a passionate studio. It has robust mechanics that hearkens back to the Ultimas' of yore, co-op, a co-op dialogue system and it's fully moddable.

I've been trying to tell some of the mods about it. Two of them who'll go unnamed
Nirolak and charlequin
aren't interested because - their words - "Eurojank."

I like a few games that people (myself included) consider eurojank but Original Sin doesn't qualify. It's surprisingly fleshed out for such an ambitious game.

Disappointing reactions for sure.
 
Oh dear, so many good choices for an inside reference laden title. It will be difficult to choose.

Awareness is the problem. The OT title should convey what the game is on a basic level.

Those are the selling points as far as I'm concerned.

Is there a particular reason why screen-space reflections are disabled by default even under the Ultra preset?

I would imagine Larian is too busy working on the official release to continue updating the beta client at this moment. The alpha and beta release history is staggered when it comes to enabling effects.
 
I haven't been following the development. When will the remainder of the game be added in (So you can do a full playthrough)?

I'm hoping it won't be a couple of days before launch, that'd suck.

I'm pretty sure they won't release any new areas for the beta. We will have to wait to launch to see the rest of the game.

Yeah, sadly I don't think Ultima 7 has quite the draw these days that it should have. Also, it greatly undersells the game's battle system, since, let's be honest, combat sucked in U7.

Of course, the most apt comparison for the combat in D:OS (ToEE) is even less known :/
