I've always just spammed the OK button to skip. Unless it's voice acted.
The latest 3ds one doesnt have it either, you can press/hold b to hurry it up.
Ended up getting Ninja Gaden Sigma Plus and Ys Vita; both were a great deal 
(the former was under 20 bucks and the latter was just under 30 bucks).
I know that Ninja Gaden on Vita isn't the best version (as it is only 30FPS) but from what I played so far, it felt solid to control and it looks amazing on Vita

speaking of slow text, every time i try to revisit Alundra the slowness of the text and the amount of conversation in the first hour or so drives me up the wall
Ah, replayed that about 2 years ago, didn't notice it at the time. Great game btw, it basically does 2d Zelda better than Zelda.

I'll take another look. But when I downloaded it it 'installed" to my PS3. I would think that would not happen if it was incompatible.

I could get used to it again pretty quick if I wasn't just doing that "play for a bit to get my nostalgia fix" thing when I did.
I rank it behind Link to the Past for Zeldalikes... #1 is Legend of Oasis on Saturn. I'd kill to be able to buy that game on PSN or Steam again.

You know, after suddenly having like 20-30 free games between ps3 and ps4, games that dont suck, and heck, even got the ps vita games for the hell of it, pretty sure im a lifelong ps-plus member now. I got in on the deal when amazon had a year for like 38$ or something around the ps4 launch. At that time, i canceled xbl gold after being a member for 10 years and havent looked back. And with the news of now 2 free games a month for ps4, shit only getting better. Heck i build enough of a library and i might just get a damn vita.

There is no way this is the real release date, they already said that date given to GS was an estimated date so you have to give or take month from that release.

Just looked up Senran Kagura Vita gameplay on YouTube.... Can somebody help me/walk me through this?

.It's pretty much a musou. You go through a level fighting minor enemies until you get to the end and fight one of the main girls. Normal attacks may destroy clothing, special attacks are guaranteed to. Level 1's destroy bottoms, level 2's destroy tops, and level 3's destroy both. Finishing off your opponent may render them naked entirely, with comedy censors/light streaks. It's actually a really fun game. If you've played Burst, it improves on it in pretty much every way.
