Yes technically everything they announced at the core of IOS8 already existed on android. Swipe to delete emails, replying to messages from notifications, text prediction, continuity ( pushbullet), health apps, widgets, 3rd party keyboards

I was hoping for apple to include features that couldn't be found on android or any other OS like what they did with osx today.

Swype on iOS will make a LOT of iOS users I know happy. That at least will be a default app you can set.

Keep in mind guys though... don't hang this stuff over android users head. Focus on the iOS/osX unique functionality, imo if you want to have a fanboy off.
