I think they really struck a good balance on the icons in Yosemite. Not all the way iOS7 but they keep their desktop integrity.

That's what I was thinking too. I'm glad all the icons weren't circles or something

For those without a Mac, the iOS8 update seemed quite mundane. (other than 3rd party keyboards, the Apple one turned me off after my 3 iPhones). Do they tend to add things during the betas? I can't remember.

I guess most of the bigger features will be added via hardware features of the next iPhone though.

This is the year I finally ditch PC I think.

I just did about a week ago after my PC bit the dust. I'm pleased. Apples continuity initiative will go a long way in improving my experience too.

The only Windows program I am really missing (besides games) is Notepad++. Maybe one of you guys can point me to an application that is similarly as awesome. I have Komodo right now, but there has to be something better.
