I may just be stupid but how exactly do I contact playfire customer support? I am missing QUBE and Ascend achievements. I can't find any mail or create topic button on their support website.

You may have to create an entirely new account just to do so, separate from your GMG and Playfire accounts (you used to, that may have changed).

And this is the form letter they'll respond with:
We greatly appreciate your patience whilst waiting for us to deal with your Playfire issue. We would ask if you could please check to see if you have received your missing credits since you submitted your ticket.

As Playfire Rewards is in beta, there are a number of potential problems you may be experiencing. We have recently made some changes to the way Playfire tracks your games, we’ve had issues were specific rewards haven’t been tracking properly or providing the proper amounts of credit. Many of these problems have been fixed leading to the appropriate rewards credit being added.

Whilst you may have already have supplied some or all of the necessary information needed to help us resolve this issue for you we would ask that you double check whether you have provided;

Last I heard they said that while it might show the amount without converting it to dollars when you actually go to apply the credit it'll do the proper conversion. I'm in the UK though so I haven't had experience with it.

Try logging out of GMG and logging back in. I got my last £1.1 from Wolf but it showed up as $1.1 on my rewards page. A day later I relog on GMG and it updated with the correct amount of $1.85.
 
THE SSFIV AE achievements will all unlock based on your past progress, so I just threw one Hadouken, did one Trial and fought (lost) one online match and got all three rewards. Nice.
 
I'm getting my shit wrecked in Street Fighter, lol.

I'll try again later for Worldly Warrior, I figure 10 matches a day over the week should get me the cheevo easily, and some much needed practice.
 
Oh shit I hope it's Marvel. I have that sitting here and haven't started it up yet.

Edit: 60% Marvel currently. Yisssss.

None of my Outlast achievements were tracked due to that issue last week but its been awhile so I won't bother with a ticket. ah well..at least its one game off my backlog! Its pretty solid too. I have both Lego Marvel and LoTR so I'll play 'em both and hope the games are tracked.

Time to install Sang-Froid.
 
Playfire seems to struggle with games that have achievements added on long after release, it still doesn't think Tower of Guns has achievements and Street Fighter seems to be in the same position. Wouldn't count on seeing any tracking for it without submitting a ticket, and we all know how long that takes.

I did get new achievements tracked and credited for the first time since the major issues (Battlepaths), feels good to see the program mostly working again. Time to give Sang-Froid a try, been in my "to play" list for a while now.
 
Still waiting on it to update Wolfenstein with 24 achievements I got yesterday before it expired. Starting to get annoyed, I've gotten one response back, probably automated, since I submitted my ticket on the 24th for my other missing rewards.

I'm sure the support ticket backlog thanks to the downtime and how poorly it was handled is stills massive. But achievements from the last day virtually never track on time because of how they have it set up. If you go to your achievement page, you'll probably see where they tracked today and not yesterday. Some things like that aren't so much "beta bugs" are they are "poor design decisions." You'll almost certainly have to file a ticket for them.

Site is still showing 22/50 achievements when it should be 46/50 *sigh* they make Valve support look good.

Edit: I had achievements from earlier in the day yesterday update before the rewards expired but these last ones never did.
 
I totally forgot I signed up for this.... and have $5.30 in my account... I am so going to pay more attention as I have games like 8 bit comando from indie bundles o.o;

I was wondering yesterday if and why anybody would use the site if it wasn't for the rewards program. It's like the already existing Steam community, only with less people and delayed and less detailed stat tracking. And everything is so slooow since the site seems constantly overloaded. I don't see what the long term plan for the service is.

But talking more about games, I was trying to go for the rewards in Kill Fun Yeah and Battlepaths and stopped at the £0.10 for each.
KFY is MP-only with empty servers while the achievements are mostly luck based and Battlepaths rewards seem like a huge grind. get hit for cumlative 35,000 damage and kill 7,500 enemies.. Yeah no.

Had much more fun with Killer is Dead and Where is my Heart? and would recommend both.
Gonna try Lost Marbles and Sang Froid today, found this in the forums
Thought I should let you know, the Werewolf Hunter achievement in Sang-Froid showed up with the other 2 and gave me 0.50 instead of the 0.10

I will say that GMG is a great site and consistently has had the best prices on new releases for the last couple of years, this program on top of that has just been a great bonus for me. But like you, I don't see what the long term plan is unless they somehow put further restrictions on it. My feeling is that eventually rewards will either only be available for the games you buy from GMG, or that there will be a cap on how much credit you can use per purchase that will essentially replace their existing coupon program. Otherwise, they are just giving away all their profits for nothing but site traffic, and long term we all know how well that works out.

My account shows the 0.50 credit for Werewolf Hunter as well, but it also shows the 1 pound = 1 dollar bug, and the credit hasn't transferred to GMG yet, so it's hard to say if it will stick.
 
SERVICE UPDATE: We are aware that there are issues with tracking Tropico 5, Outlast and Arma 3 Karts. We are currently working on a fix. Thanks for your patience and thanks to all the users who pointed this out to us.

I hope that they'll re-add Outlast and extend the rewards timer for Tropico 5 and Arma 3 rather than asking all users to submit support tickets, the majority of which will never get resolved
 
I've been playing DMC because of the rewards. Pretty fun game, but don't expect to be able to get even half of the achievements on one playthrough.
 
Anyone got the "Look Out Below" achievement in Sang-Froid?
I've killed 5 enemies multiple times with a single spike trap, but I still won't get the achievement, am I missing something?

Yeah got it today. Are you sure you're killing 5 enemies at the same time with the trap? Because that required quite a bit of setup, trial and error and luck and I only managed to do it once, since it triggers immediately when 3 step on it. Did it on Chapter 9 on the first wave with the 3x3 wolves attacking the church.

I'm doing it in the same chapter (Defend the Chapel) and I see 5 corpses on the ground without using any weapons, can't have been killed by anything else other than the spike trap.
Did the achievement appear immediately or did you have to finish the level?
Guess I'll just have to do it a bunch of times and hope to get lucky.

Appeared immediately the first time I did it. I was close to it and observed them being killed though, maybe that's factor? Since it sounds like you're not there when it happens.

I bunched all 9 of them up with bait close to the trap so they'd walk over it together.
 
So GMG's customer support always responds with a generic reply? What's the point of attachments then? I have tickets pending regarding rewards from last 3 weeks and have only managed to get generic responses. Their customer service is even worse than Valve I guess

I was close to them each time, baited/waited for the 9 enemies to bunch up and then run over the spike trap (if it wasn't already in their way).
This time I tried to put a bait next to the spike trap so they bunch up and then another bait inside the spike trap, that worked and triggered the achievement.

Checked my mails, 5 generic replies of 5 over ~5 weeks, 2 identical mails in one week.
Waiting for another reply now regarding 10 missing rewards (4 of them from late April).
