I just turned on my Vita to download Dragon's Crown and I noticed something that looks like an entire vertical line of stuck/dead pixels..

Btw Soul Sacrifice Delta got a update with costumes, new side story, and a new monster.
Hyped for Bahamut, trading in Bahamut essences for rumors seems great, I hope I can get Want++ rumors like that.

I haven't gotten a chance to play SSD at all with work getting in the way. There isn't Wifi here and the computer I was assigned to doesn't have working internet. :/
If this is a pre-E3 sale, hopefully there's a post-E3 one that isn't a complete joke

What the hell is a rumour?
Rumours are "buffs" you can activate for the missions, Want+ e.g. makes it a lot more likely to get +++ soul/life essences from archfiends.
Bahamut itself uses the humanoid model with a few hanges, can't talk about the moveset etc. as I haven't encountered him yet.

He looks different enough from the SS bosses... not sure about the 7 or so new SSD bosses... hopefully he's different like that evil wheel thing was in the SS DLC and not a remake like the swaps that the minotaur or cyclops had.

So Sony is going to finally bundle the PS4 with the Vita going foward? Sounds like a good idea; the former can enable remote play for Vita while the latter will get a LARGE boost to its instal base (people love the remote play feature of the PS4, so giving people a chance to experience it is very nice
). Still, I wonder how much this is going to cost; my guess is that in US it will be 500 (as Sony would NOT make this more expensive than the Kinect Included X1...it would make them look bad I think :l). I think is is a 'big' E3 announcement for Sony, so lets see what happens

Could be a good idea but there really needs to be either a steeper bundled discount or more stuff thrown into the box

What is probably the most interesting thing about Bahamut is that there are no pacts with him as the main monster.
He is a "party crasher" like Deviljho in MH, meaning he will randomly join a different boss.

No, to get the Wii U experience, you use that beautiful Vita!! The phone app...I have found zero use for the "second screen", but I do use it for text entry. Any place where there is text entry, you can use your phones keyboard, and that makes it easier for sure. I've seen certain games advertising the second screen, like Battlefield 4, I think, but I have never gotten it to work.

I cannot download certain things. 
It's previously happened with two updates, never worried about it as I was not playing the games in question and assumed the problem would sort itself out.
Now I have it with shooter ultimate though
Tried everything suggested and anything else I can think if short of completely resetting the console.
Any bright ideas or suggestions? Anyone else having these problems?
Never had this problem before and internet overall is working flawlessly.
Downloading and installing the update yesterday went without a hitch too.

My guess would be that they would bundle in a year of PS+, a voucher filled with Cross-Buy games (maybe it would have codes for Fez, SteamWorld Dig, Flower, Flow, and Cell Damage)/40 dollar PSN code, and a 32GB MC.
THAT sounds like a very good deal in my book; games on PS+ that work on PS4 AND Vita, some codes for a few killer Indie games on both platforms and the second most space one could have on their Vita's (as I'm betting the 64GB card for 80 bucks will be landing stateside this months via E3 announcement

I just thought this may be a common thing that I can fix myself.. Seems like that isn't the case.
Checked the situation in Germany, I have a one year warranty so I sent them an email explaining the problem. Let's hope they'll fix it :x

I think you need to re-register your PS4 to PSN again; if anything the PSN is having issues linking your account to your console (why else can an system update download when you games can't?), so maybe removing your PS4 off your account and re-linking it again might fix your problem. If not....maybe you should contact Sony, though it may take a while

Sony need to get their act together does not seem to be a new problem and is known by them.
How old is your Vita? If it is a very old one (over a year old) then it may be that your OLED screen is dying out; the screen starts showing its age once you start seeing lines on the screen (not colored lines like in your case, but visible lines when the screen is active; started noticing them on my 1 year old Vita when I played it a few days ago). I never saw anything about flat out colored lines before, but I think you need to replace your Vita; I don't think their is an easy fix for that

. I hope for the best in your case ; it would suck having to buy a Vita again just because the one you own is dying...Vita lacks all the bottoms unlike the Wii U gamepad. I was trying to play Infamous Second Son without the TV.

It's around 9 months old and I wouldn't call it heavily used. I didn't use it at all for about a month and today when I switched it on the line was clearly visible.
I already accepted that it needs to be replaced, I'm just hoping Sony is fair and quick about it since I'm definitely still under warranty and it's not my fault. I never had to deal with them before. Even if they didn't I'd probably just buy a new one, maybe try out the new version. Too many games I still want to play on the thing.

Go into your network config (on the console) and set the primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (Google's DNS). See if that helps. If it does, you might want to do the same with your router config. Depending on your ISP setup/router this may not be possible. So in any case, do it on the console first.
PS4 content doesn't show up in your download lists on both Vita and PS3. And vice versa too.
Infamous SS definitely works with Remote Play. I've played it on my Vita a number of times.
