Most of them give away the fake when they cover their face... when they are really hurt they ain't covering their face they busy holding that area of the body that hurts like all humans do...

Blame the game or the reff or even the player but not the nation, man.
People here are not happy with what he did.
Brazil played way better than Croatia but it's not worth it to win like that.
Oscar's score made it less wrong I guess.

Btw he (Fred) still says it was a pen (yesterday). He said he lost his balance when he was grabbed even though there was no real pull.

Germany to stomp Portugal, Ghana to beat USA again, and then lots of goals for Iran v. Nigeria. Would make for a wonderful day of football.

PJ in Holland always seems to attract international folk. Lots of Brits and Spanish speaking guys and gals. Have fun btw, saw them two years back in the Ziggodome. They're great!

I am not confident at all. I enjoyed that game immensely. It was awesome, even more so because I was sure Holland was going to lose.

That being said we still have two difficult group games to go and I will be relieved if we make it through the group stage. After that it will be one game at a time and hopefully we'll see some great games and reach the semi's or something.

Because it's okay to be behind your team.

I absolutely loathe the general Dutch opinion of downplaying victories and good performances and having good players. Tempering expectations so that we can't ever get disappointed when we fail. The worst quality the Dutch have when it comes to sports (but really anything) is pretending to have humility and not ever showing conviction in our abilities.

If we lose, fine, we lose, but I'll be damned if I'm not gonna be 100% behind The Netherlands as the future World Champion until we're actually out of the running.
 
Regardless of the actual score, I will say this: I will be utterly shocked if the US-Ghana match doesn't have an undeserved penalty for Ghana or an American player being blatantly fouled in the box without a penalty being given.

Gyan is a cunt. Jozy's a bit shit. However I'm on team Jozy tonight, he is still affiliated with SAFC whereas Gyan is a tosser. I can definitely see a Jozy brace to start his march towards the Golden Boot.
