I'm not downplaying the victory, the victory itself was great, but it's just 1 game. Everybody was down on the team beforehand, not giving them a single chance and now all of a sudden because of 1 win every Dutchie is crowning them World Champs and believes they are invincible. It's just dumb.

For me the thing is that not we the Dutchies are saying all those praises but the foreign press is..
Its not our national press who say we are already the World Champions but the foreign and world press is. I think we Dutchies stay sober and many people say its just 1 game but 1 really good game of course. But the foreign media are the ones who say we are already the champion, not us...

We have 4 Full backs in defence. This is hilarious. We have the slowest midfield possible. I dont know what Löw is doing. Özil, Götze, Schweinsteiger... all midfielders that could create at least some danger are out.

USA have improved massively, key players like Altidore and Bradley are now world class and the USA team is now ready to win the world cup. Soccer is the only sport the USA doesn't dominate in, but that will all change this year.

Just realized that if we (Italia) top our group and Brazil and Netherlands top theirs, we'll avoid both Brazil and Spain in the quarter finals. The Netherlands will probably crash out against Croatia or something so it'll be an easy route to the semifinals. This shit is as good as ours.

Also, Italy and England not only had the best passing completion rate in the competition so far but also the best passing completion rate in the opponent's half.
