I never even installed and played all the games I got in their last sale. Fallout new Vegas has been sitting, waiting, watching me. Wondering what I am waiting for. Too many games so little time.

OMG!!! this is my first steam sale too D: i Don't know what to do, should i hide my wallet Gaf D: and the crazy thing is i just built my PC 2 weeks ago O_o ohh man this is going to be great i can't wait.

I never remember which games I own anymore. I get excited to see a particular game on sale, only for Steam to prompt me that I already own it.

Play New Vegas, like now. Aisha Tyler might not be a fan, but there is so much depth in this game it's amazing. The design of the Mojave Wasteland and the fact Obsidian was given little time is the reason why people feel it's empty, but I feel that it isn't given enough credit as the best modern Fallout game.

Question. I'm a US resident but I'll be out of the country during the entirety of the Steam sale. Does it affect my ability to buy games if I'm accessing Steam from a computer in Europe but I'm normally in the US?

LET'S FREAKIN' GO!!

Tere's nothing quite like the feeling of buying everything. Go crazy. You can hold back during the Winter one.
He says while still paying off bills from the last sale.
not really

How much are people budgeting for this summer sale? I was thinking of giving myself a $120 limit which is what I'd spend on 2 ps4 games and start chipping away at a lot of the games I missed when my PSU was busted

I'll spend all that money and then continue only playing Rogue legacy and civ v

Getting a paycheck deposited tomorrow and hopefully next week as well. I am going to so love this sale. First time in a long time that I've had disposable income.

Planning to buy Assassins Creed Brotherhood, Revelations and possibly 3 if it is lower than 3. Also hoping there is a good deal for Dishonored GOTY

Who am I kidding? I will probably pass my budget.

I wonder if Amazon will have a competing sale? Haven't heard anything and the new community guy doesn't seem to post as much as the last guy did.

Man, thought I had some time before the sale. I have a $25 gift visa card I'll load up. Hopefully, won't go crazy buying games that will just sit in my backlog.

Well, the Wii U got backordered, and then I cancelled it- wondering if it would come within two weeks.

SOOOO Steam Sale Money! But, even in these past three years of being a PC gamer, I think I'm totally satisfied with everything I have. And then I say that every year, and end up spending at least $50. It's the best time of the year!

Wait for the dailies! HOLD! In Gabe N, we trust.

Starts on my birthday, sweet. Just hoping for all SF4 costume DLC at $3.75 (which I just barely missed a few weeks ago) and maybe Nidhogg.

Fffffffffff- worst possible timing for me. Ugh. This'll be my first Steam Sale (only just speccing my build now to put together by fall but might as well have some games ready to go as soon as I boot up). Was hoping for July. Ah well. Just have to be really choosey.
honey? Can I borrow a hundred bucks?

Nope. Not this year. I'm making myself some rules.

Lost Planet 3, Batman Arkham Origins, Outlast DLC, Killer is Dead,
The Bureau X Com, Broken Age, Novelist, Thief, Castlevania 2

are the only ones I will be on the look out for and games I am ACTUALLY interested in.

They'll need to be under $5 to $8 (depending on what title) for me to consider it too.

This can't be stressed enough. Passing on something you won't be playing anyway in the end will save you even more money than the "Wait for the daily deals" rule (which is also a very important rule).

Yeah. I still have like 6 or 7 games from the last summersale, that I didnt really start.
Just started with Dead Island Riptide a few days ago, which I bought during the Summer Sale last year.

Though it didnt really get that much cheaper during this year (at least compared to the key-price).
