Spurs players lol. Can't believe they had to be seperated by a Weeaboo.
That Ekoto is an idiot, why the hell did he do that? Did that player do something
Possibly the worst match. Cameroon is so bad. Croatia may have saved the average.
With the world watching..
the collapse of Barcelona and Spain (and, in particular, their way of dominating games via monopolizing possession) directly coincided with Xavi's decline. I hate the cunt but there's no denying that he was the key member of this squad. More than anything, this team simply has not been able to keep the ball the way they did in 2010 or even in 2012 (when the cracks were beginning to show) and Xavi's obviously plays a huge role in that.
Xavi deserved the Ballon d'or in 2010. Easy to say that Messi is the best player on the planet, and he probably is, but Xavi was the single most important player in two of the best sides of all time.

Cameroon head butting each other... can you get a red card for attacking a teammate? Apparently yes.
What is better for the sport of soccer, having a team like Canada, even if they aren't great, or possibly having New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji etc.
Keep in mind the growth of MLS in Canada as well. I think the OFC should just be rolled into the AFC altogether, especially without Australia there now.

setting African football back about 20 years. bunch of muppets
Quite simply Ghana is the best team of African continent. Nigeria a close second
So do you guys think Tiki Taka is officially dead? Or the players are just too old and it's still a viable strategy? I think the whole thing really hinged on Xavi+Iniesta playing perfectly, but also Puyol holding the defense together. I mean they won almost every game last WC 1-0, they have never been a scoring juggernaut. Seems like it was a really fine line between being best in the world and getting blown out by their peers.
Cameroon, you doing it wrong! You are supposed to head butt your opponents not your friends!
Ghana were rubbish against the US.
Nigeria vs Iran. nuff said
Mexico must win against Croatia, otherwise kthnxbai.

You are forgetting the Mexico vs Cameroon game should have been a 3-0. I see both teams in a similar level, with Croatia slightly ahead.Holy shit, just saw the score. Mexico is doomed.

Or tie.Mexico must win against Croatia, otherwise kthnxbai.
If Blatter and Platini get their wish, CAF will actually get 7 guaranteed spots in the future (2 additional ones with the expansion to 40 teams).I get the feeling in the next World Cup, CONCACAF will have a guaranteed 4th team in the tournament and playoffs will be needed to determine if there will be 5 CAF teams or 4 because only the Ivory Coast are impressing for Africa right now.
How much of a massacre will the Cameroon vs Brazil match be? Could we have a repeat of DPRK vs Portugal?
Mexico must win against Croatia, otherwise kthnxbai.
