Never really liked PM's attempt. Hell, their Fox is terrible - look like a taxidermy corgi.

I'm fine with some like Marth's or Mario's also. They get a clean shot, and if you can get behind them or evade, then you're safe.

The worst are Sonic's and the Landmaster. They're good for multiple deaths, and you pretty much have to stop playing the game entirely to get away from them.

Depends on what stage you're on. If it's a big stage, even te overpowered Final Smashes can be pretty useless.

I do with they had changed both Mario and Marth's though. Mario's still looks super sucky and Marth's isn't as flashy as it should be.

The fun is in that risk reward though. Plus if you use it right, you won't get punished most of the time.

I love doing some crazy jump and landing that surprise Falcon Punch, that shit is one of the most satisfying moves in Smash. The ability to turn it around in Brawl took it to the next level.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall pretty much every character reveal outside of a Direct being on Friday?

You can turn it around in the other two games too. You just have to press the direction before the B button.

I know what you mean, but in Brawl you could do it a little bit after it began charging.

One thing that I really didn't like was the removal of momentum after a dash jump, though.
 
I don't see any reason to expect a new character until Friday, but after last week's nothing and this week's stuff, I can still see a cool stage/AT reveal.

Also, Mac's intro animation is ripping off his pink hoodie; what do you guys think he'll do with it on? Rip it off and reveal another layer?

I honestly hate the way Melee Fox looks. He looks like an evil Corgi, he has weird ass eyebrows, his mouth is really wide, his body proportions are awkward, and he just doesn't strike me as the leader of a team. Although I'm not a huge fan of his Brawl/Smash 4 look either (I like the way he looks in Assault the best), but at least the look is improved over the Melee look in a lot of ways. His eyes, eyebrows and mouth make him look a lot more expressive and less evil/mean. He also less like a dog and more like a cartoony Fox. His body proportions look a lot better and I like his outfit more aside from the big rounded boots.

Don't get me started on Melee Falco. His huge beak makes him look more like a parrot than a falcon. I know that's how he looked in Star Fox 64, but I think those designs are outdated. Brawl Falco just looks straight up awesome.
