I think that's how the Japanese tournaments are done.

I prefer side-by-side on a single monitor. It's how I play in casual sessions and in pool matches, and I like it when the main stage sticks to the same format.

I can respect that, but I'm not sure how it would work in his case because he's already one of the most well-known and widely watched Tekken players. Maybe he just wanted to keep a low profile for the surprise factor. Cool that he's in, either way.

They'll be talking a lot about what to look out for in regards to SSBM at EVO, their predictions, and more.

Pretty sure Nintendo employee can't participate in the Melee tournament. Just like any employee cannot participate in a contest/competition that involves their employer.

That's why Combofiend can't play Marvel no more in majors...
