Wii U offers more contrast in types of exclusives. But from the few games the OP lists, it doesn't seem like they're much into Nintendo stuff so that maybe moot if they can't find enough games they want to play.
Personally, I'm just going with PS4 only this gen. I sold my Wii U as I just don't dig enough of Nintendo's stuff, and MS doesn't have enough exclusvies that don't have decent alternaties on PS4 to be worth it.
I'm also trying to cut down my gaming and focus on other stuff more anyway. I have a Vita and 3DS also currently, but will be getting rid of one or both of them after finishing up some games. May just get a Playstation TV so I can game on the PS4 on the second TV when the fiance is using the main set (only one that has cable hooked up) which is about the only time I touch my portables.
