Where are people getting these rare and legendary gear from? Was it Iron Banner?

Yep, I have it on my Titan.
Also sweet that you can put emblems in the shared storage.
It was either buy this emblem or settle for the iron banner emblem everyone else seemed to grab. I went on a mad glimmer run to afford it.

Description. A personal firearm, forged in the fire by the Lords of the Iron Banner.

You can be more than three in exploration mode, in fact the public events require Guardians to be more than three most of the time.
I had this weird thing happen once on a Devils Lair strike where another team of 3 came in and helped us during the first part where the Ghost is opening the door.
I don't remember if they just vanished after that part or what.
Must have been a glitch.

So I had decided to play as Warlock based on how cool they looked, and because I really enjoyed playing as one in the Alpha.

Strikes are dungeons, smaller in scale. Less rewarding loot. Raids are six players, greater loot and more time to complete.

Strikes are 3 man missions about 20 mins long (Sepkis Prime), the raids are 6 man missions that are harder/longer and more rewarding.

Strikes are 3 player co-op missions where players fight through waves of enemies to defeat a boss. They normally take around 20-30 minutes.
Raids are 6 player co-op missions expected to take much much longer than that and be more challenging and rewarding. We don't really know much more than that, but they could possibly include puzzles and checkpoints.
I think he was specifically talkin about the fireteam limit. in exploration those are just randoms that you cant even talk to. But yeah

Yeah, the public missions can be any number.
It's like the difference between dungeons and raids in WoW. Raids require more people and are significantly more difficult.

damn 16 hours? and failed? that cant be right.
It's just one of the possibilities from the Outfitter. Some are fairly expensive compared to others, like the wolf or rabbit emblems.
