Resisting arrest without threatening or causing harm to anyone probably shouldn't result in a beating. Police are supposed to be trained to subdue people who are resisting without having to start cracking skulls.

The police didn't know jack about that. All they knew was he had sold the untaxed cigs to an undercover. He refused to cooperate and be cuffed. He resisted arrest.

Yet most people know someone who can call a lawyer to come to the station for free that is not a public attorney. You see you can actually call up a lawyer to talk if you ever need them for any police matter and have their number on hand so they come down to the station to represent you. You don't have to pay either for that service for them to come down to you.

Actually I agree with this. No way those Europeans with superior weaponry would have ever taken slaves unless they were sold to them. If African rulers had simply said no, then there would have never been slavery in the US or Central America and US would have been an all white utopia with floating skyscrapers, no crime, everyone making $300k, no poverty, no hate, all love.

Unlike with the Native Americans whom Europeans basically killed en masse then forced the survivors to do their bidding; they grew to realize how the treated the Native Americans was wrong, so when they met with the Africans, they made a strict rule. They'll only use slaves if they're given permission. In fact I'm pretty sure they got slaves permission before they forced them to breed with Native Americans slaves. I'm also pretty positive Europeans got permission from the slaves to beat and rape them during the slow seasons.

So really it's black people's fault. Really everything is black people's fault. Prop 8, 9/11, Obama, gay rights, school shootings. It all comes back to them blacks.
